I reached out to the Marshall Electric to take care of a number of small jobs at my house---installing several new ceiling fans, adding new outlets in the garage and in a bathroom, moving an outlet, changing a fixture, etc. I chose them based on their positive online reviews. Tyler came over to see the work that I needed completed. Within a week, I had a quote for the work that I felt was reasonable. Grant spent a full day at my house working through the list. We discussed each step and made final decisions before the work was done. He went over and above to make sure was completed perfectly. I had an issue with a grounded outlet that made 3 of the outlets in my kitchen to not work. The grounded outlet needed to be replaced and that is not anything I can do. I had fast/friendly service and am happy with the outcome.

I've had Marshall Electric at our home on two occasions. They hard wired our electric garage door, replaced an outside security light and diagnosed and repaired a breaker panel problem. Very efficient and I'll definitely use them again.

Needed someone we could trust to do our bathroom remodel. Marshall Electric was the right choice. From talking to us and listening to our needs, making suggestions based off what our house all ready had, they were quick, reasonable and did a quality job. Our family LOVES the heated bathroom floor, especially in the winter!

I have successfully used AND recommended Grant Marshall and Marshall Electric to others for years, and multiple properties. He does not beat around the bush and tells you exactly what’s needed and recommended, or if certain work needs to be prioritized over other items. Bad storms in our area. 60 mph straight line winds reported. Tree came down and tore the service off our home at 9pm. Called Marshall Electric 7am the next day. They called back at 930, arrived on site 10 minutes later, and had emergency repairs done by noon. Can't recommend them enough. Everyone needs "a guy". For anything electrical in my future, Tyler is "my guy"

Tyler was amazing to have over to help fix our electrical issues. He fixed a bad grounded outlet and swapped out a few things in our electrical box. Super nice guy! Highly recommend this family owned company.

Excellent work. Prompt, friendly service. A little difficult to make contact (electrical pun intended).

I scheduled an appointment one week in advance. I waited for electrician to show and when I contacted him for ETA, I was told they headed to another appointment, then they asked to reschedule for next day. When I replied that I had taken half day off to make today's appointment work, I received no response. After attempting multiple times to call with no answer or text without response, I realized I was dealing with an extremely unprofessional company. Be aware if you book with Marshall Electric, you may or in my case, may not receive service.

I'm sorry to leave this review but it's deserved.

Hired them for a project of installing electrical for a commercial oven. Tried to get estimates and was just told "I don't know how much it will cost". Trusted them and they went ahead and did the work.
Gave them specs etc. They wired it for 240v when the oven runs at 208v. First mistake. I called and Dean tells me "well unless the city changes their transformers...etc ", total crap excuse..excel is not going to change their transformers for our oven...lol

Manufacturer of the oven said they should have installed a small in house transformer to bring it down to 208v, which they did not.

Final result we got billed an insane amount (have had people in the trades business tell me we got thoroughly ripped off, could have been done at half the price) and the job wasn't done right. My new electrician was blown away at what we paid!

The oven blows fuses left and right due to the incorrect install.

Called to try to make it right and Grant won't return my phone calls after multiple texts, calls and voicemails. He won't stand behind his work.

Unacceptable. Charged twice the going rate and the job wasn't even done correctly and they won't back up their work.

Avoid at all costs if you ask me.
