I have been following the installation when they came and started and I would say that they did a great job especially my house is very high and steep on the backside and I saw first hand the effort the guys had to put in to do the install and also I checked the gutters they are installing and they are good as well, I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Nice job guys :)

First of all, Navin (not sure I spelled it right) wrote up my estimate and kept me in the loop of how long it was going to take. He was honest, very direct, and to the point - I liked how he handled everything. We wanted to get the gutters and leaf guards done in 2019 but winter hit fast and hard. Then as soon as the snow melted this last weekend he called me to verify the color and BOOM his installer was at my house starting the work. They put the rain spouts where I wanted them (other estimators argued with me on how to do it). The whole job was done in 4 hours (one guy, single story 30x40 rambler with one long side not needing gutters). He hauled away the old gutters (full of debris I might add). Very professional start to finish for the whole deal. I put half the money down last fall and paid the other half when they were done. I would highly recommend RS Seamless to any of my friends and family. Oh, and the final quality and results are top-notch - I'm very happy with how they look and function.

I had the gutters and covers installed back in November. Navin's crew did a good job installing per schedule. In spring, I noticed a small issue with a spill over one end of a gutter cover. Informed Navin and one of his guys came and resolved the issue. I am happy with the product, install and post sales support.

I was a little apprehensive to contract the job out to given the reviews. The owner, Naveen, assured that the negative reviews were mostly due to them falling behind last year as weather fluctuated and that they are looking to actively address the issues this year. I had given a 50% advance towards the work and within 4 weeks the work was scheduled and completed. The installer, Patrick, did a great job with the gutters.

Got our gutters installed by RS Seamless. Was hesitant due to other reviews but work was on time and best deal as we shopped around a few different options. Everything seems to be good quality and didn’t find any issues with our installation.

RS Seamless Gutters is by far the best gutter contractor I’ve worked with in a long time. Navin and his team were very easy to work with, on time, very competitive pricing, and stood behind their high quality work! I would use them again and recommend to family and friends! Keep up the great work!

Navin was wonderful about communicating. If I would text or call he was good about responding. Jeremy installed our Gutters and did a terrific job. He was on time and very professional. We are extremely happy with the gutters. Great quality. I would work with them again.

I read the reviews after I had committed to my gutter replacement. I have to admit, I was a little nervous. But, Navin is a busy guy and has been in business for quite a while. He did not stay long for the initial quote as I had read in some reviews. He did show me some samples before he left. He then was off to his next appointment. I am thinking that WOW.. that was fast.. is this legit? He was booked out about 6-8 weeks.. not a problem. I then had to postpone my installation since I was getting a new roof installed. I kept in touch with Navin and there were no issues rescheduling.
So, the big day came... Jeremy showed up ready to work, he has worked 19 years for Navin and completed my whole house alone after we verified all the different areas that gutters were going to get installed. There were several areas that never even had gutters installed on my home. We had a couple obstacles to overcome and Jeremy was simply brilliant! I cannot say "Thank you" enough for the wonderful job that was done including the gutter covers being installed. These are the nicest gutters I have ever had on any of my homes. I have had over 12 homes in the past 35 years.
This was the best decision I ever made!

I contacted RS Seamless to install gutters in my new home. I received an in-person estimate and explanation of recommendations. I paid 50% up-front and received an estimated installation date. I was disappointed when the installation date was delayed; however, I received updates from the owner, Navin, apologizing and explaining the reason for the delay, including the extreme winter conditions we faced this season. Mistakes and delays happen and when they do, I expect an apology, explanation and accountability. I received these things from Navin and in the end, have an outcome I am happy with.

Had a great experience with RS. Provided a good deal. Only negative is they were quite late (approximately 1 month from when they stated they would install our gutters). The positive is the deal, great quality, good job on the installation. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent experience with RS Seamless. Had them install gutters on 2 of the houses that I own and I was delighted with the communication and the quality of install. The thing that I like the most is their attention to detailed design so that the gutters "flow" with the house rather than sticking out like a sore thumb. Took them about 8 weeks to install after providing me a quote but well worth it.

I had a positive experience with RS Seamless Gutters. Their prices were very reasonable. When I was given a quote, I was told that they were quite booked but that the work would be done prior to 12/21/20. There wasn't much communication between signing the agreement and the installation, but as promised the work was done before 12/21! The gutters look great and the installation was a very painless process. Thank you Navin and team!

We saw RS trucks around the neighborhood a few times so we’d thought we’ll have them come by and quote finishing the gutters on our house. Navin came out and completed a quote on time and was able to offer some very competitive pricing. Based on their workload, we were out a few weeks. Once Navin confirmed his crews were in the neighborhood, we were one of the first houses completed. He gave us a few days notice as well. Unfortunately, we were out of town on holiday, but Jeremy did great work and RS was flexible with some last minute additions. The work was completed in a day and looks great!

RS Seamless installed our gutters to specifications and with high quality work and materials. You should be aware that they do use high-pressure sales tactics but their "buy today" prices comes out to be a reasonable market rate. My install was delayed by a month due to the severe winter but I was able to reach the owner for updates by text and received responses the same day, sometimes within minutes. Their office phone does not usually get answered. I get the impression that the owner fields most calls from his cellphone, so that was the best way for me to get in touch. I also did not have any issues with the owner or sales manager. They were courteous to me in every interaction. I think if they improve communication with customers they can achieve a higher rating on here as the actual quality of gutters and installation was very good and seem to be a higher grade of material than other gutters I see around my neighborhood. I also recommend they reconsider their sales approach and job scheduling process if they keep getting negative feedback on these. Overall if quality is what matters most to you, and you're willing to give them a chance to improve, then I think you will be pleased with the results.

Anyone looking to have gutters, soffit and fascia work done needs to call RS Seamless. Navin and his team just completed a job for us where they replaced all three and their work is impeccable. Neighbors have commented how great it looks and the quality of the work is second-to-none. Navin's communication was outstanding throughout the project starting from scheduling the inial removal of our existing soffit and fascia to the final installation of the gutters. He met timelines, checked in on the project's progress, managed expectations and followed up after the work was completed. Navin was quick to return calls and ensured we were satisfied with the final result. Our overall experience with RS Seamless was outstanding and we highly recommend Navin and his team.

Naveen and his staff were great to work with. This is a quality company that I feel like I can trust to do this type of work for me in the future. The service was swift and the gutters look gorgeous! His product is good quality and reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend him!

Installation was great. Installer took his time and did a good job from what I can see. Waiting for first rain fall. Only downside with company was install time. Was told May beginning of June for install but was pushed back 2 times due to weather, having some workers out injured. Navin came out to house after complaining about install time and promised within 2 weeks would get them done and he did. From dealing with him directly he seems to be trying to get things done right. After discussing with him he ended up telling me that had to let go one of his sales guys who was making promises of install time knowing they were already booked that far out.

We had all of our 20+ year old gutters and downspouts replaced on our house by RS Seamless this fall. Yes, we had to wait over 4 months from the day we signed the contract and put 50% down. Yes, the timely communication with the front office needs to improve drastically. But the installer (Jeremy) did a fantastic job and we ended up being very happy with the work and quality of the gutters. Your extended patience will pay off!

Wish these reviews were in place last year. Everything said by others writing one star reviews is fair and true. I will provide as objective review as possible:

Pros:
- Gutters and installation appear
to be good quality.
- Color matches really well.
- Received word of mouth referral; neighbor has used them twice and recommends them.
- Compared to other vendors I've heard of, final price was fair.

Cons:
- The owner. Talked about how he makes $60k when it rains an inch.
- Started estimate at $2300, I said that's too high, asks what I want to spend, charges me that price.
- Install scheduled for a month, doesn't happen for two months.
- After boasting about being his own receptionist, owner takes a couple of weeks to respond to inquiries about scheduling.
- Install done by one person, he finishes at 8:30pm in October. We're putting our kids to bed while the guy is banging outside their windows.
- Seamless gutters shouldn't include a piece of gutter 6 feet long , from the end of my garage to the side of the house. Looks like a pull-up bar. Everyone else in the neighborhood has their gutters wrapped around the corner, which likely takes time and money.

Long story short: you get what you pay for.

SCAM. Do not do business with RS Seamless Gutters. The “owner” Naveen will show up and quote you, then promise to be back within 8-12 weeks. For us ended up being 22 weeks later. Poor customer service and attention. He will never contact you and let you know about delays. You will have to be the sole person contacting him. He is rude and not helpful. Avoid at all costs.
