Absolutely 5 star service. Jake was timely, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He resolved BOTH of my drain issues (basement shower & mudroom sink) with skill and efficiency. I was very impressed with his focus on cleanliness. Smart, careful, & successful service. He’ll be my 1st call in the future and should be your first call too!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Jake for years. He has always been extremely hardworking, kind, fun, and always done things the right way. I have called him a few times for a job I needed done asap and he has not let me down once. You can trust that you are in good hands with Jake and he well tell you the truth no matter what.

Strongly recommend spearhead plumbing. Jacob was incredibly fast, respectful, and honest. He went above and beyond. I had another plumbing issue unrelated to the issue I called spearhead plumbing for and Jacob took time to look at it, give me advice all for free. Again, couldn’t endorse spearhead plumbing more.

Jake responded to my email and was able to come out and free up the drain the same day. Pricing was as quoted with no hidden surprises or fees. I'm happy to support a small local business in my area. The work was performed quickly and professionally. Before leaving he demonstrated that the drain was unclogged and flowing and even provided a verbal 90 day warranty on his services. I would definitely use his services again.

Two companies were booked for the day when I called one morning about standing water in the basement. Marvel referred me to Jacob at Spearhead and he was able to make it out by 3pm. He cleared the line with his camera-assisted tool, put plugs in two of the floor drains (that should have already been there), and put an upgraded cap on the main line. One of the floor drains had a bunch of sand in it and he cleared that out too. He referred me to a restoration company who was able to come out just a few hours later. His prompt communication and diligent work was appreciated - Thanks Jacob!

Jake was great to work with. I called on Friday night and he came out Saturday. I had 2 toilets not working and a shower that was backed up. He was able to clear our main pipe to fix 1toilet and unclogged the other. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right! Highly recommended and it didnt break the bank!

When we had a sewer crises that was left unresolved from another plumber, we got Jake as a recommendation. Thank god we did. Jake was so helpful and get our problem resolved. He came over as fast as he could, was very informative and honest, while being reassuring that everything will be okay for an amazing price! We will definitely use him again if we have any plumbing/sewer needs!

5 stars all the way. I had a slow/clogged kitchen drain and Spearhead came out right away. He diagnosed the issue, snaked the complex drain, did it professionally and in a timely manner. He was very friendly and the price was very reasonable! Thank you!

Jacob saved the day! He made room in his schedule to help me out the Friday before Memorial Day weekend after my sink totally backed up. He worked for 2 hours to on the clog and finally had to hack open an iron pipe in the basement to totally clear the it! He didn’t just “fix” my backed up sink- he worked to resolve the bigger problem. Cannot recommend him enough!

Jacob returned my call in less than 10 minutes and was able to come within 4 hours. He was very efficient and explained the issue with my drain. He took the time to clean up the back flow after clearing the drain. He added measures to help prevent future issues. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Efficient.

Jacob was fantastic. We own family run 39 room Inn in Hayward, WI and one of our main lines became clogged on a fully sold out weekend. We called everyone who serviced our area. Jacob was the only one who answered and did not hesitate to come out. It was a long drive round trip but he successfully unclogged the main line and saved us from potentially cancelling 16 rooms!

Jacob was friendly, professional, on time and left everything cleaned up. Appreciated that he walked me through what he did and what he found. Would definitely recommend him and certainly will use him in the future if the need arises.

Jacob was great!! Obviously when you have sewer backing up in your basement, you want to know that the problem will be resolved completely and in a timely manner. Jacob was incredibly responsive and communicative when setting up the same day appointment, keeping me updated when he was on the way. Once he was at the house, he was able to clear the drain quickly. He was great about walking me through the video that he took after cleaning to point out areas that were potentially troublesome. He offered a couple different options for how to prevent the issue from happening again, both short term and long term. His prices were also far more reasonable than previous big-name competitors. I own multiple rental properties and will definitely be using and recommending Spearhead Sewer and Drain to everyone!

I called Spearheard yesterday afternoon with 2 clogged toilets. Jake was able to help me the same day. He found serious clogs of impacted toilet paper, etc. Jake worked diligently to insure the clogs were completely resolved. He used his camera and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Jake was honest, priced reasonably and cleaned up any "mess". I highly recommend Spearhead Sewer and Jake. I'm sure you'll be as happy with him and his service as I am!

I am super impressed with the responsiveness, the promptness, and how easy going he was to work with. Jacob got my mess of a drain cleared and went above and beyond by cleaning up my laundry area where the "swimming pool" was. He gave me recommendations, which I will do this time. Jacob is definitely an honest plumber and being a woman; it means a lot not to try to have someone take advantage of that!
