Nothing but the best to say about this company and George who handled our hail damage repair in a professional and get the job done manner. We had the roof, gutters and garage doors replaced in record time and a very satisfactory job was done. The contractors/work teams that came to do the job were professional and courteous, George checked on their progress often. I would highly recommend this company, and our thanks go out to Presidential, hopefully we don't have to but I know we would use them in the future. Sincerely Craig and Melinda Walter

George was incredibly helpful to me on a very challenging time-consuming project. We connected almost 2 years ago after a major hailstorm in Maple Grove. The damage was substantial, but of course the insurance company was hesitant to pay out.

George held my hand through the entire process which dragged out for about 20 months and ended in an appraisal. I cannot express how thankful I am to the company and George for the patience they exhibited with me as I fumbled my way through everything.

The roof was completed just over a week ago and I was amazed by the efficiency! They were here bright and early in the morning and finish the whole project by lunch. It is a smaller roof, but still, I was very impressed. Additionally, they did a great job cleaning up and this was very important to me with a young toddler running around the yard.

I had a hail mess on my roof and Alex from Presdential came out fast and helped with the insurance and the crew did the roof in a day and cleaned up nice. Easy folks to work with and my house looks great now.

George Bunnell was very responsive and diligent in communicating with the insurance company and coordinating work with the roofing and painting contractors. The projects were done extremely well, and timely. George stopped by on site to check in with the contractors periodically. We are very pleased with the results of new roofs on our house and garage and complete exterior painting of both!

I recently had Alex come by to take a look at my roof and chimney. I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect the area, explain what he was seeing, and offer honest advice without any pressure.

It was especially helpful to learn Alex used to own his own chimney company—his expertise in that area really came through. He pointed out details I never would have noticed and explained the potential issues in a clear, understandable way. His experience gave me a lot of confidence in the assessment and helped me understand what needed attention and why.

Just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge Jake and the crew.

As a Project Manager for a restoration company myself, I can really appreciate everything that goes into a project, from start to finish.

Jake had another project going on near my moms house, for hail damage, so he decided to knock on some doors to see if he could check roofs for hail damage. My mother happened to be one of the doors he knocked on and, fortunately, she agreed. Sure enough he found plenty of hits. The two of them contacted my mothers insurance adjuster and he confirmed that there was enough damage to warrant a replacement roof.

During the time we were waiting for insurance payments and crews finishing up other jobs, my mom suffered a stroke. With the weather not cooperating and winter closing in, I wasn’t sure if the job was gonna get done. I expressed to Jake the importance of getting this done before my mom was discharged from the hospital, and he assured me as long as we got about 4 days of, at least 40 degrees, he would get the job done. Fortunately enough, the weather cooperated and Jake got the crew there, and got the job done. And the crew knocked it out of the park! At the end of the job, Jake made sure to run a magnet up and down my mother’s driveway to ensure there were no nails.

In closing, I just want to say how impressed I am with the professionalism, and attention to detail from Jake. I also want to mention how Jake went above and beyond the scope of work; About a month after the job was completed and my mother was home from the hospital, Jake stopped by with a card, flowers, and cookies for her. He also troubleshot my mom’s laptop when she had mentioned to him there was something wrong with the battery not charging. I can’t express how much it means to me to see how much Jake truly cares about the people he does work for.

I will definitely call or recommend Jake and Presidential if I ever have or hear of someone with any roofing issues.

Incredible experience working with Presidential Construction when we needed to replace our roof due to storm damage. Our project manager, Michael Bresnahan, was amazing and made what could have been a stressful or even frustrating processes feel effortless. Presidential construction did an excellent job taking care of our roofing and siding replacement! They oversaw everything from beginning to end including handing the insurance adjusters and going to bat for us to make sure we got the replacement that was warranted by hail damage to our home. Our project manager (Aaron) made himself available to answer questions and organize the project even late at night and on weekends. He was also a great resource during our home sale a few months later after the job was complete.

Highly recommend. I cannot say enough good things about Presidential. It is very rare when a company surprises you with OUTSTANDING service. They replaced my roof on very short notice. Alex went out of his way to walk through the process, help us pick the correct shingles. They completed the project in a day and the clean up was great. No nails. 30 days after the project was completed Alex showed up at the door just to check to see how things were going.. Who does that?

I would absolutely use them again.

Spoke with sales manager Josh Turnquist about getting our free standing garage sided. We settled on vinyl siding. wrapped with house wrap and sided in in the cold. I was skeptical of doing it in the cold but Josh assured me it wouldn't be an issue and it wasn't. It went fast and looks great! The city was harassing us about the leftover materials which were there for 6 hours (City of Crystal is horrible!). Josh immediately came himself and picked it up. They were very hands on and I highly recommend them!

Drew Eik the Sr. Project Mgr. and Jason Evans the Production Mgr. for Presidential Construction did an outstanding job overseeing the extensive repair and replacement work on our home from a hail and wind storm. That work included a new roof, siding, soffits, facia, gutters, down spouts and rewrapping all the window trim. It looks amazing.
