Ben R. called letting me know when he would arrive. Came as he stated. Introduced himself and shook my had in greeting. He then started thoroughly cleaning my furnace, testing all components including the temps at the vents. Room was as he arrived- clean with nothing out of place. Told me all he discovered in his inspection in terms I understood, then had me sign for the work, took my payment, shook my had and thanked me for using Apollo. I will definitely schedule my A/C check up in the spring with Apollo. Very, very pleased.

Our furnace tune up was quick and easy to schedule. The technician was also friendly, explained what was done, answered our questions and didn’t pressure us with any add ons (but let us know our options). Would use again!

Drew started me off on the right track when my water heater went out today. Than Marc was here within an hour and did a great job on the install. These guys are the best in the bizz!

Kong was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

I've been putting this off for a while and I am glad I went with Apollo. Definitely will be calling them for HVAC and plumbing in the future.

My technician Blake was polite, professional and thorough in explaining information about my furnace. I received a courtesy telephone from Apollo dispatch staff updating me about his arrival time. He followed up with a text to say he would arriving soon. Two thumbs up!

Ben did a great job on my boiler maintenance. He was super friendly and explained everything along the way. Apollo has been my Go-To for HVAC for 20 years and I recommend them regularly to friends and neighbors.

Marc arrived before the time slot because he knew the situation was an emergency. He was professional throughout and the work reflects that. I appreciated his expertise and demeanor during a very stressful time.

Overall a very good experience. Jacob is friendly, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was able to quickly provide me a quote on an in-house humidity unit as well as inform me of upcoming repairs on my furnace. Tye was very thorough and explained everything as well. We’re very pleased with our choice of hiring Apollo Heating for our furnace tune-up.

With yesterday’s polar vortex and -20°F temps, we woke early in the morning to see that our nearly 20yr old furnace was no longer running and the temperature in the house was dropping quickly. Thankfully Apollo is open 24hrs a day and I was able to call in the early hours of the morning.

Drew came out to check things out and was quick to diagnose the reason for the furnace shutting down, and durning a safety inspection, found some cracks in the heat exchanger that could lead to gas leaks and ultimately deemed the unit unsafe. He was able to quickly pull up options for new units that could be installed right away. Drew was extremely knowledgeable with over 15yrs of experience. He was able to easily articulate the differences between the units and provide insight on why one might be better than the other based on the different operating characteristics. Ultimately Drew’s experience showed when he was able to very accurately predict what kind of issues we had controlling the temperature comfortably throughout our house with our old unit. He knew based on our house layout exactly how the previous unit performed and was able to make his suggestion on the new unit he would put in and why it would be better suited for our home and resolve some of the comfort issues we’ve been experiencing in the years past. We also decided it was a good time to retire our likely 40 yr old humidifier unit and update it. Again, Drew provided quick insight and expertise on units and made his professional suggestion based on my needs. He left some space heaters to keep my family comfortable while the heat was down and called in the order for the new equipment.

Within a few hours, John & Dennis arrived to pull out my old units and install the new ones. These guys are were the unsung heroes of the day. While temps were still in the negatives, these two worked diligently, often having to hoof it outside in the brutal cold to set up things on the back of the house, or out to the truck lugging out the old units and grabbing new parts. Working hard throughout the afternoon, taking no breaks, to get heat up and running into my house ASAP. At the end of the day I had a beautiful new furnace and humidifier installed and had warm air flowing in my house again. They did a great job on the install, everything looked very tidy and neat, you could tell they took pride in their work. They briefed me on any information I’d need to know about the new units before heading out.

It’s only been 18 hours or so since the new unit has been up and running, but the house was back up to normal temps within an hour or two, and I feel like I’m already noticing an improvement in the comfort throughout the house with this new unit. This is our second time using Apollo for HVAC related installations, and we’ve been extremely happy working with them. They will be my first call in the future when I have any HVAC needs.

It has been a pleasure doing business with Apollo, they did an excellent job in replacing my home heating and cooling system, gave estimates with several options and answered all questions, they were able to replace my system very quickly with professional technicians. The sales experience was friendly and professional.

We were told our furnace was having issues from a home inspector. We called Apollo and they had us on the schedule for that afternoon. Tye, the tech, was great! He check the furnace for the issue we called about (no problemfound], and then pointed out that the original installer never enabled the furnace to go into a higher output stage. He got it running even better!

After hearing excuse after excuse from other heating companies, I was finally recommended to reach out to Apollo. They came to my home right away to assess which heater options would work best for the space. They proposed a solution that fit my budget, and the installation was quick and smooth. Every technician was fantastic. Thank you, Apollo!

We had a great experience with Apollo. Chris was our technician and he did a great job with our boiler inspection/service. We have no experience with boilers, just moved here in August from Missouri and boilers are not a thing in that area. Chris took the time to explain how they work, was very informative, courteous and professional. Will definitely be using Apollo for our future heating and cooling needs!

I called so many companies trying to find someone who come come remove my fireplace vent, and cap it. Kong came out and was amazing! He got the work done, and cleaned up the area before leaving. Will definitely use Apollo again in the future!

I had a furnace tune-up and a water heater tune-up done on the same day. Both technicians arrived on time and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Both techs explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Costs for additional work was discussed without pressure to approve. Both techs were courteous and professional. We have had the same technician, Kong K. out 3 years in a row. He is very thorough and is very good at explaining things we should know. If we were to rate him on a scale of 1 - 10 he would definitely get a 10. Thank you Apollo for your great service.
