Very happy w the work performed!
The service tech, Ed, was prompt, professional & friendly. Explained the work to be done before he began & after new water heater was installed. An unexpected issue w the main water line was discovered during the process, Ed quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed options to repair or replace & resolved the problem quickly, efficiently & affordably.
He also repaired/replaced a leaky pipe & valves to our outdoor faucet.
Metro was easy to work with, open communication & very upfront w pricing. I highly recommend them & will be using them in the future.

Highly highly recommend Fred and Metro plumbing as a whole. We were able to be seen the next day after calling and were given professional and thorough help with our sink!

Very reliable people! We have had them do work on our water heated, toliet and humidity system. They know what they are doing! Thank you David for explaining everything and doing a great job.

TJ and Chase saved the day! After 2 years of dealing with intermittent heat, and no other service provider being able to properly diagnose the problem, these two dudes came in and fixed it in a couple hours. Our issue was the drainage of the venting in the attic, and they figured it out and fixed it no problem. We highly recommend Metro!

I have always had nothing but the best of service from you guys and it is peace of mind for me knowing that a phone call to Metro and I can consider the job done properly and professionally. Last week one phone call Metro and 3 days later a brand new furnace installed.

David O was very professional! As a person with a disability from a a brain injury I had in December 2001, u couldn't ask for better help in fixing my heater! Because of my brain injury, I talk alot but tried to be silent so he can put his full attention in his work but he answered all my questions and maintain his duty in solving the problem in my heater. Thank u David O for your help and taking the time in informing me what u were doing!! Plus talking about the red hot MINNESOTA WILD!!! P.s. Thank u for showing me that my water heater was turned off!! Showers are going to be much more enjoyable!!!

I use this company through work and in my personal life. I have never had an issue with them. They are by far the most experienced and friendly HVAC company in MN. Other companies might be able to save you 50 or 60 bucks. But the customer service I have received working with them is on another level. I highly recommend Metro.

Josh A. is awesome! We’ve used him several times over the years on different houses we have owned, and he’s always been fantastic to work with. Super reliable, honest, and really knows his stuff. Whether it’s a quick repair or a full system replacement, he does great work and makes the whole process easy. We wouldn’t call anyone else for HVAC—highly recommend Josh!

Josh W. Has been an excellent service worker for our HVAC units. We have had multiple issues with our heater and ac units over the past several years. Josh has always provided excellent service fixing our HVAC. He is also easy going and very friendly. I highly recommend Metro HVAC and Josh W. As your service worker.

Needed a new water heater, called Matt at Metro and he came out to give us free estimates on a few options. Settled with a 50 gallon replacement and Brent came out to remove and install the new one. Requested the new one to be installed on a different side of our chimney stack. Brent made it happen, with new piping and fittings, within a couple of hours. Super friendly and knowledgeable team throughout the whole experience. Thanks Brent, highly recommended!

A wonderful service-person named Aiden just left our house after servicing our furnace. Aiden checked everything and answered all of our many questions happily, and he gave us helpful advice. It is very much appreciated. We are 'Comfort Zone' members and this service is worth every penny!

Metro Heating & Cooling got us up and running with a new furnace after ours died on Thanksgiving. From scheduling to installation, they had great communication with every step. Cory and Carlos did an excellent job with the install. Metro’s pricing can’t be beat!

Called due to our water heater pilot light not staying lit. They gave us the option to replace the piece on our 18 year old water heater, or have a new one installed that day. We chose the new one, and Fred and Brent installed it quickly that same day! Excellent service, and the new heater looks great and works wonderfully! I've used Metro in the past and have always had great experiences with them! Highly recommend calling them 😊
