While my plumbing issues are not able to be resolved, Shane and Tyler were super helpful and professional in diagnosing the issue and communicating my options. They patiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns, used all the tools at their disposal, and solved our garage drain plumbing mystery. Also loved the easy online appointment request, text communication, and ability to send photos beforehand. All around a great experience, will definitely call again for future issues.

Chad and Richard did an awesome job installing my new water heater. The installation was a bit tricky because I live in a one level home on slab, so the mechanical room is small ( 5’ x 7’), and houses the furnace and water softener in addition to the water heater—it’s crowded. Yet Chad and Richard were able to get the installation done in that tight space, and, having re-plumbed a couple of lines, they left it better than they found it—and I really appreciate that!

Fred was great! He addressed our issue immediately and pointed out a couple other things that he saw so we wouldn't run into an issue in the near future. Super quick and efficient and informative! Would definitely recommend!

I received excellent service today by Fred from Metro Plumbing. My partner and I bought a house recently and it was not disclosed to us how old the sump pump was. Fred was very helpful in coming out, evaluating the current pump and making some recommendations for what to do next. The pricing was upfront and honest and Fred was able to install a new sump pump the same day. Overall I am very happy with my service—he was here within the time window that we were given and worked efficiently, answered all of my questions, and didn’t pressure me into buying the most expensive system or any other add ons (which I appreciate as someone who has very little knowledge of how it all works). Thanks Fred—we will continue to use Metro for any future plumbing needs.

Andrew replaced my 21 yr old gas water heater. It wasn't broken, but when you run on a water heater for 15+ yrs you're betting against the odds. The quote was decent: around $2150 for a 50 gallon RHEEM Pro with a Protection Plus dual anode rod. As far as I know, there are slightly cheaper options at other companies, but not with the same quality of equipment (i.e. they install low quality consumer Home Depot water heaters instead that last half the lifespan as a Rheem). Some things were tricky but he was able to circumvent them to properly install the tank. I initially considered replacing it myself, but it ended up being a 3-4 hr job and I definitely didn't have the right tools or experience to do it without flooding the basement. Hoping this water heater lasts 15 years!

Andrew was an absolute craftsman with our plumbing today, he did a wonderful job. Not only did he fix everything but he also educated us on everything going on within our home.

We had a great experience with Fred from Metro today. I found hot water leaking behind my washer and was immediately stressed out. Fred came very soon after I called and assessed the problem quickly. Fred called ahead of time to let me know when to expect him. Was within the allotted timeframe. Friendly and fixed the issue quickly. With so many companies out there to choose from, it’s hard to trust one that won’t try to get one over on you. Was recommended through family and glad I did.

Jesse from Metro Plumbing and Drains came and replaced our outdoor faucet and shut off valve. He was kind to my kids, which is always important to me. He was knowledgeable and insightful about the plumbing needs. He worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Jesse and Metro for your plumbing (and heating) needs!

Metro Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace and AC unit in 2016 and it is working great so contacted them again when I needed to replace my leaking water heater. I appreciate being able to get this done right away. Fred was very professional and did a great job in getting the old unit out and new unit installed and working quickly so I have hot water again!

Fred did a great job replacing an old punch type valve for the refrigerator ice maker with a new, up to code valve. He was very personable, did the work very efficiently and did a quality job. Best of all, everything worked well with no leaks. I highly recommend Metro plumbing and heating for any plumbing work you may have.

Fred came out and fixed my hot and cold bathroom shut-off valves that were leaking. He was able to arrive earlier than my time frame which was great because I turned off the water to the whole house. Fred was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend Metro Plumbing.

Our landlord had Metro Plumbing & Drains come out to fix a leaking sink and non functional toilet. William was our plumber, he was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He replaced the shut off to the sink and even helped clean up the water that had been leaking for days. He made some adjustments to the toilet and now it works again. Thank you William!!

Andrew did a fantastic job today replacing both of outdoor bibs. On one, he had to get creative to access and fix, but didn't charge us any "hassle fee". Friendly and positive, we really appreciate the good work with Metro.
