The Rivertown Electric team is wonderful. My husband and I gave this company a try last year on the advice of our plumber to fix two outside lights. We were so impressed with Frank that we had the crew back this year to replace a overloaded circuit breaker box. No disappointments...This crew is hard working, knowledgeable and courteous AND their work carries a lifetime guarantee.

My house had a direct lightning strike earlier this summer that caused significant damage to the entire electrical system. Evidenced by a small electrical fire, tripped circuit breakers, damaged electrical devices and appliances.
The next day Rivertown Electric identified the damages and started to replace all protective electrical safety devices required to rectify the safety of my home. They also wrote a letter explaining all recommended repairs to rectify the integrity and safety of the existing electrical system for my insurance company. Upon review by an independent adjuster the insurance company covered the entire cost.
I could not be happier with the entire process thanks to the professional craftsmanship of Rivertown Electric.

I will only work with Rivertown Electric for electrical needs at my property. Frank and his team are organized, easy to communicate with and schedule, are transparent about billing, and the electricians are friendly and kind. Definitely recommend!

When a storm brought a tree branch down, ripping the wire away and the electricity panel off my house, fortunately I called Rivertown Electric. Frank Lynch arrived that evening, restored power, explained what repairs had to be done and how the insurance claim, inspection, etc. would work. And it worked, notwithstanding repeated hitches with the insurance processing, which he patiently helped resolve. Frank knows not only his own trade, but apparently everything relevant about insurance, inspections, and Xcel Energy, too. He is more than reliable. But if I praise Rivertown Electric too highly, they'll have to be cloned to make everyone happy!

Rivertown Electric came to our rescue when updating a home that needed a lot of attention. They were prompt, professional and committed to working with us along with other contractors. They always did what they said they would do and communicated well with us. Work included replacing panel, outlets, installing new recessed lighting and new outlets in the kitchen. Rich, Cole and others were a great team.

I can't say enough good things about everyone I dealt with at this company. From the estimator to the electricians who did the work; all were professional, hard working, helpful, friendly, neat, and knowledgeable.
They actually left my house cleaner than they found it, and much safer electrically. They answered all my questions about what was being done, and why, even though I'm sure I was a bit of a pest.
I highly recommend them for any electrical work you might need. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Frank and his team did a wonderful job running electrical and replaced an abandoned light on our sport court. His team worked diligently and were very courteous.

We had a great experience with Rivertown Electric. We were losing power to part of our house. Ryan came out and quickly diagnosed the problem for us. Took time to explain to us what was going on. Any more electrical problems in our future, I know who we'll call!

I gave them a call to bid a job for me. Rich was very helpful over the phone, I am not well versed in electrical jargon so he helped walk me through exactly what I was looking for. We scheduled a time for an electrician to come out and take a look at what needed to be done.

About a week later, Cole stopped out at the scheduled time. Walked me through what I was thinking, offered solutions, and agreed upon what could be done. Within a few days I was sent a detailed quote via email. It gave clear pricing, which included installation, clean up, etc.

Day of installation Cole returned with an apprentice, I believe his name was Carlos. They were very diligent, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to install outlets to my kitchen island, and were even able to discreetly place them! Finally they were able to remedy my issue of my microwave tripping. They wrapped up the project with very minimal utility interruption, maybe about 15 mins of an outlet that needed to be turned off that was attached to the Wi-Fi router, cleaned up after the job, and walked me through the work that was done and made sure answer any questions I had and was happy with the work. At time of payment Rich was called and let him know of changes to the work and Rich charged me accordingly. I am so happy with how everything turned out! I will be using them for future projects. It’s nice to use an area business that is friendly, fair, and professional! Thanks Rivertown Electric, we love our upgrades!

Rivertown Electric did an outstanding job on our house, they replaced our circuit breaker box and wired in a transfer switch for a generator, upgraded all of our circuits and eliminated some very serious issues that we were not even aware of. They had the resources to get a very large job like this done all in one day with no surprises, no additional costs and all exactly as they said that they would. The one thing that I was most impressed with was how they rearranged their schedule to accommodate ours and at the end of the job the clean up was awesome. My wife and I would totally recommend Rivertown Electric to anyone who is in need of electrical work. Thank you very much to Frank and his crew and to all of Rivertown electric’s staff.

We've used Rivertown Electric on several occasions and have always found them to be professional, courteous, on time, and reasonably priced for high quality work. They've installed our ceiling fans, new light fixtures, new bathroom fans, and new smoke detectors throughout the house. We highly recommend Richard and his team!

I had a situation where the power was out and it was effecting the hot water (it was negative temperatures). I was in a really tough spot. Frank was awesome! He assembled a team right away (on a Saturday), was really professional and assured me everything would be fixed. I was so impressed and knew I was in great hands. The company was super responsive to my call for service; the work was done quickly and the gentlemen did a great job. Price was reasonable and fair... We needed complex re- wiring work done on our new home in a Senior Co-Op and Frank Lynch was our go-to guy.

Using his expertise and experience Frank takes a big picture of understanding our needs and comes up with creative solutions even when solutions did not seem likely. He and his crew’s work was impeccable and always left the job site cleaned up.

Local and established electrical contractor with great communications, personable, offered to do a walk through to understand and share our vision...then followed that walk through with wonderful execution of the work. Answered all of my questions and in a manor which I could understand. Our first of many projects...looking forward to our next project! Highly recommended.

Frank, Ryan, Carlos and the rest of the team are straight up professional. They came at the recommendation of another great company (DNS Heating and Cooling) and did not disappoint. Friendly and know their craft. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had difficulty contacting another electrician after their first visit here as we had some electrical issues with our well pump and tank, and so turned to Rivertown Electric for their help with the project. Without electricity for our well pump and tank, we were without water for a couple weeks, and have two young kids so this was a stressful time. They answered my call right away, gave uncompensated but detailed thoughts on what they believed my issue was BEFORE ever even coming out to diagnose, providing me some preliminary steps to take to troubleshoot the issue myself and to also prep the space for their visit if I couldn’t solve on my own.

After following their clear direction, I had to call on them to get the job done still. I outlined with them that I was out of town on vacation when they could come and that I wouldn’t be on site but would have to trust that they would get the work done without any oversight and limited communication with me.

They were punctual, good communicators who showed a lot of empathy (fit us in earlier than their normal timeline because I let them know I had a couple young kids at home), and most importantly they delivered quality work (they did what they said they would & did it thoroughly & discreetly). Outside of the long wait due to the original electrician (Speciality Services) not responding to my calls, everything within Rivertown Electric’s control was very professional and I couldn’t be happier with using them. I will use them going forward and recommend them to others.

Very professional, courteous, friendly, and remarkably immaculate in their work. I was very impressed , not only with he quality of their work, but with the meticulous attention to detail and neatness in everything that they did. These people were worth every penny. By the way, from my first phone call to the final cleanup, everything happened in a very timely manner. Impressive!

Ryan and Carlos uninstalled our old pendant lights above our kitchen island, and installed new ones for us. The lights look awesome! Ryan and Carlos were very professional, did quick/great work and were great electricians. We would definitely use Rivertown Electric in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of choosing Rivertown Electric to turn our new townhouse’s dark kitchen and garage into a lighted gem! Rich is the nicest man who gave us many ideas on what we can do and needed and nailed it! The electricians were awesome like having friends install new lighting. They cared about their work and did an awesome cleanup. Rich provided the estimate soon after his visit here and within a short amount of time all work was completed. Rich gave us a day to take in the new lighting and called the next day to make sure we were happy with everything. Very professional company. We highly recommend them you won’t be sorry!
