Dan Schiro did a fantastic job of taking care of us this weekend! We had problems throughout the day on Saturday with our furnace and he was patient and thorough in explanation and what to expect. After getting the furnace back to a possible stable configuration Saturday, the furnace went completely out later that day. He was able to track down a part and get us taken care of the next day. I feel that he went beyond the call by working tirelessly to find the part and make sure my family had a working furnace as soon as he could. Dan is a very good part of your team and if his work ethic is anything of an example of the rest of your team we'd be happy to recommend Silver Tree service to anyone we know! Thank you!

Silvertree was the plumbing and HVAC contractor for our new construction home. We had some minor items that needed to be addressed and they have been fast, professional , respectful of our home and resolved our items each time. John H got our tankless water heater up and running quickly and made sure we did not have any other issues or concerns with our plumbing. I appreciate their responsiveness and showing up on time. After a few visits to determine the cause of duct noise in my basement. Brent and others came out and used a fairly non-evasive approach and were able to resolve the noise issue. Appreciated him offering up that solution. Would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services or to resolve an HVAC issue.
