Valentina’s cleaning service did an amazing job on their first clean at my location. I decided to hire them to come out on a weekly basis!

I’ve been using Valentina’s cleaning services for the couple of months and I have nothing but good things to say about their service. Cleaners always show up in time and do a thorough job and best of all 100% of their cleaning supplies are pet friendly.

They did an amazing job for the first deep clean service and Valentina was awesome! She is so very nice and every regular service after she is very efficient and everything looks great when she leaves. I could not recommend Valentina’s Cleaning Service more!

I recently hired Valeninas Cleaning Service and couldn't be happier. I have used other cleaning services in the past and nobody else has come close to their attention to detail. they show up on time, are courteous, and have me on a cleaning rotation that has my home looking better than ever. Truly top notch!!!

It took me months to decide whether I wanted to hire someone for cleaning, after all, I thought, I can clean my own house, and I do! Boy, was I wrong. I finally decided to give it a shot, and my house looks fabulous. My stove looks brand new, the baseboards are clean, under furniture is dust-bunny-free, the dusty base of the toilets are even clean. The cleaners were completely professional and hard working, and I don’t think I can ever go back. Also, they told my husband that my house was already so clean- and that felt like a cherry on top- I love a good compliment 😊. Prices are affordable and the team is very communicative. I already referred a friend to them this weekend. Thanks Valentinas!

Took money- never showed up.. not returning calls.

Overpriced. Cleaning was good. Though, did not cover nearly all that was agreed appon. Very poor customer service.

Poor customer service over the phone! The guy quoted me $1,000+ for a one time moving into new home "deep clean" due to their lack of staffing right now. How is that the customers fault? And if that really is the case, I appreciate the transparency so I can respectfully decline - BUT that is something you should probably keep to yourself. He basically also said that they only can do "reoccurring" cleaning right now, to address their cash flow issues which would essentially be less expensive BUT it was not what I asked for. I clearly stated at the beginning of the call that I was interested in having my new home professionally cleaned before I moved in. But I guess he wasn't listening and didn't care either way.
