Daniel was very scrupulous with the inspection that we delayed for 12months. Replaced the igniter, cleaned everything up and checked for every potential problem, including carbon monoxide. Valid prices, expeditious service, and exceptional attention to detail. Surely I will endorse AVS Heating and Cooling as they value their name and care about the quality of service!!!

The crew of Sean, Greg and Peter was prompt, hard-working and efficient. In addition to installing a new furnace, they replaced all the ducts in the attic and crawl space. They were very pleasant and made the process as unobtrusive as possible. Everything works great. Greg analyzed my needs at our first meeting and we signed the contract that morning. He also returned after the job was done to inspect the work and solve any issues I might have. Very happy.

James was my technician today - I first got a text letting me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it on the spot. He also recommended several suggestions to ensure we don't run into the same problem again. James has followed up several times after the visit to make sure our AC unit was running smoothly. Returned home from a trip overseas to an AC that had quit while we were away. The service was great and they were very quick on getting out to us. We lost our AC Friday night. Saturday morning we called and set something for later the same day. First, the company sent a picture, bio and review of the technician. The tech arrived on time and used safety precautions such as keeping his distance and wearing a mask. He fully assessed the problem, advised us of all possibilities and costs, and proceeded to correct the mistakes of other providers as well as successfully repair our AC unit. We just recently got a new furnace and AC put into our house. All I can say is that I am extremely pleased with everything! The technician did a fantastic job explaining everything to us in great detail before installing anything. He was very thorough with everything. The air quality and air flow through our house is much better. The technicians were very friendly and did an awesome job! Very satisfied customers!!!!

Our AC stopped working and we didn’t expect anyone to be available same day. Even though Jones had other jobs pending he made time for us to stop by and look at our AC. He was very professional and explained everything in detail in regards to the issues we were having as well as made some very good, no pressure recommendations for the future. We will definitely use him again for all of our AC/Heating needs!
