I called on Monday for a scheduled appointment on Tuesday. Told the would be here between 4 and 7. No show. I had to call then had it rescheduled for the next day. Just got a call and was told 2 weeks. I paid for premium subscription that's supposed to put me in front of the line. Do not believe what they say. Not professional and wasted my time! Still without a working fridge.
