Cichy's is the sewer co you want to go with. Office staff Jessica and Mark answer all your questions. The crew I had at house was awesome. I highly recommend them. I give them 5 stars.

I highly recommend Cichy's. Our sewer line needed to be completely replaced. Both Jessica in the office and Mark on site were professional, informed and helpful. They made a stressful situation easier to handle. They did a great job of coordinating among the municipality and the various contractors.
The Cichy's crew on the ground was friendly and respectful and they too did a great job. The yard and gardens were restored as well as could be expected after such a major project.

Spectacular service, very quickly scheduled and even more quickly done! They came out to do a significant replacement of my sewer line (24 feet of pipe ended up being needed) from within feet of my house and inches of my front stoop. They did a solid job of retaining the lawn as much as could be expected given the scope of the project, but even more importantly avoided cutting or damaging the stamped concrete pathway/stoop that wound around the area they needed to work on. They were very respectful of my neighbor's property line close to the work area. They accomplished this all within 8-5 business hours in a single day. They scheduled me for 04May after providing an estimate on 19Apr (very short turnaround in the middle of what I understand to be their busy season). Mark and Jess were very helpful along the way, and the crew was very friendly and professional. I'm extremely pleased with my service, and would recommend Cichy's to anyone who might need any of the services they provide. This was a major expense for me, and I'm thrilled to have faith in the service that I've received. Thank you Cichy's!!

Cichy was great to work with. Their estimate from images matched the work that was needed. They also came out free of charge a couple days before the sewer line repair when our plumbing backed up and I didn’t know if it was the sewer issue or just a blockage in the house. Super great, highly recommend. Hopefully I don’t need there services again for many years.

They did a great job, efficient, respectful of the space and cleaned up. They put the plants and garden back better than I expected.

I called Cichy's to ask about an estimate for a project we were told needed to be done after having our sewer scoped as a result of a home inspection request. Jessica in the office looked at the video with me, and was very patient in explaining what she was seeing and the work that needed to be done given the information I gave her. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. We scheduled Cichy's to do our job.

When the start date arrived Mark showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection of the issue, he determined that due to the placement of lines and city equipment, coupled with us never experiencing any issues, that replacement would not gain us anything in preventing possible future issues. If I would have had them come out and assess the situation prior to scheduling I'm sure I would have saved them time and energy.

I appreciate the detailed exploration of the work and the professional and honest opinion. Mark could have done the work and taken our money with us knowing nothing about how all of this works, but Cichy's staff was honest and showed the highest amount of integrity. I appreciate that very much, and they will be the first ones I call if I need sewer work in the future. Thank you for being a stand-up company Cichy's!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Cichy's - Jessica was wonderful at explaining everything involved in my sewer repair and answering my many questions. Tim, Mark and their crew were courteous, professional and efficient in working on my repair. I decided to go with Cichy's over other companies I also received bids for based on their recommendations on Nextdoor. I truly appreciate it when companies are both good at the physical work they do, but also take the time to explain everything and be available for anything that comes up. I hope I never need another sewer repair, but I would use Cichy's again for sure.

Cichy has very knowledgeable workers that are willing to talk about your issues and show you what needs to be done. They’re good about discussing your options and are good with communicating with you. They do great work and I would pick them over a lot of other sewer companies!

Cichy's replaced the water line to my house and repaired two sections of the sewer line. They were very communicative, kept me up to date with the project progress. The crew was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very clean as well while working in my house. I was only without water for less than an hour and sewer for about 2 hours. The work was conducted in the February cold! Cichy's will be back in the spring to restore my front lawn. Great job guys!

Overall great experience working with Cichy's Water & Sewer. Communications were clear, thorough, and timely. Both the administrative side and work crew were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the work was completed and the care taken to protect my existing landscaping throughout the project and during clean up. Would highly recommend!

Called Cichys for a sewer repair needed to sell my house. They did a great job. The guys were nice, friendly etc. they were able to get the work done before closing. I would highly recommend Cichys for any sewer or water repairs.

We had a wonderful experience working with Cichy's to repair an issue we had in our sewer. They were extremely professional throughout the experience, always keeping us informed of exactly what they planned to do and what to expect. We received prompt replies every time we had questions before the excavation happened. Jess even worked directly with our insurance agent in order to ensure we were covered by the repair that needed to take place.

We couldn't recommend Cichy's enough and would gladly work with them in the future for any other needs we might have.

Cichy had done good work for us before. They efficiently dug a hole in a landscaped area but took the time to help us move plants. Work was done when they said it would be (2 days), they installed a CIPP lining, let us observe, and did it right (according to my research). All 3 guys were knowledgeable, pleasant & courteous. They helped put things back together as much as they could but hey, they aren't a landscape company and I didn't hire them for that.
They once again did the work well, on time and at a good price. What more do you expect?!

Cichy's was great! They were very responsive and responded quickly. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. We ended up having a complicated situation with lining the pipe (through another company) and Cichy's was completely flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Cichy’s did an excellent job fixing one leak that turned into two in difficult conditions. They did a really good job of cleaning up after the job and were reasonable in their pricing. They also minimized the destruction in our yard which was an important aspect. When additional issues came up, they didn’t hold our feet to the fire even though they probably could have. They were prompt, considerate, kept me informed, explained what the job entailed, lifted a section of sidewalk and replaced it perfectly, and left my lawn in good shape. They even tolerated my overly friendly cat with good humor. I highly recommend Cichy’s!
