All reviews for Eaton Corporation

A week ago I wasted 40 minutes attempting to register an Uninterruptible Power Supply (on behalf of a company I work for) on Eaton's website, I know I was doing the steps correctly but while the website would load, whether I backed out and started over, the registration wouldn't go through. I submitted an email request form that Eaton's customer support staff register the device on our behalf after I provided all of the information requested on the actual product registration page. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard back from them at all except for the initial confirmation email requesting permission to send me marketing information.

I tried the same steps again a week later (just today) and it finally worked. I didn't do anything differently, the website just wasn't broken this time. I wouldn't be complaining if Eaton's customer support had responded to me in a manner that was at all approaching timely.

There aren't Google reviews for the whole Eaton corporation so I'm just leaving this review on the local branch.
