We hired NRD to solve our backyard drainage problem with a French drain/dry creek bed combination and to build a deck. Both projects turned out great despite 2020 being 2020.

Working with Tim, Nick and the crew on replacing an old deck and tired walkways was a very satisfying experience. They were always responsive to our needs, thorough and patient when responding to our questions and respectful of our property. The finished project exceeded our expectations. No need to look any further for our future needs.

NRD is fantastic!! I interviewed 3 other Mpls landscaping companies before I decided on NRD. They did it all. They fixed an exhisting drainage problem, they landscaped, replaced the hardscape, added a gorgeous pergola and a fire pit. From design to final construction, Cori, Eric and Chris were always available and absolute professionals. I recommend them to everyone who wants to talk about their own landscaping projects. You will not be disappointed!!

We were looking to redo our landscaping along with expanding our small patio. NRD provided a great design, they coordinated with people as needed (sprinklers, deck, gas line changes and tree removal) and the patio is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them! Very happy customer.

NRD did a phenomenal job on my retaining wall - everything from design, product selection, and installation went off without a hitch. They took extra time to blend the new wall into an existing driveway which made for a dramatic improvement over the old wall. I highly recommend NRD for any of your landscaping needs!

NRD did an excellent job designing and delivering a total landscape renovation and re-build of our patio. When unforseen issues emerged with our patio footings, NRD came up with a viable solution without a change order/additional time/expense. I highly recommend working with NRD for your next landscape project.

We contracted NRD after visiting the Home and Garden show at the convention center. We got a few quotes from other landscapers but ultimately went with NRD because they were willing to give us a 3-D rendering to help us visualize the project which gave us comfort that we were on the same page.

The craftsmanship and the attention to detail the crew displayed was fantastic. We live in a new housing development and have become accustomed to sloppy tradesmen. To our surprise, this team was respectful, efficient, and did a really good job each night cleaning up to not leave a mess behind on the road, driveway, yard, etc. The project was delayed 6 weeks longer than we expected but the end result was exactly what we were looking for. Also, prior to our project starting, communication was a little slow, but when our project started we got the full attention we needed.

The last day of the project, the team did a fantastic job repairing the sod and spent a lot of time grading the damage and making sure the sod repair was seamless. We were also warned ahead of time that they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be damage to our irrigation system, however to our surprise there was no repairs needed. Most of the digging was done by hand and on 2 occasions they were able to avoid damage to the irrigation because of spotting the lines while digging. It was a happy surprise to not have to pay any money for irrigation repair.

Working with NRD was a great experience! We love the landscaping design that Tim created and the results transformed our front and backyard. The bluestone patio they installed is gorgeous. Tim skillfully listened to what we were wanting in our project and was responsive and professional with creative ideas and solutions. I highly recommend NRD and Tim for your landscaping project. We are delighted with the results!

We worked with NRD Landscape on our new construction home, for both design and installation. Cory and team were excellent to work with and they delivered the project on-time and on-budget. The installation crew did an amazing job on paying attention to details. We love the design and layout. We highly recommend NRD for your landscaping design and installation.

We researched and met with a few contractors for our patio project and chose NRD. We loved working with Cori Johnson and the NRD team. We had a timeline to get the patio completed to host a bridal shower last July, for our daughter and Cori and the NRD team met the timeline. We are really looking forward to getting to use the patio for the entire season as the Spring weather is improving. I would highly recommend NRD and specifically Cori for their design and landscape installation services!!!

Tim and NRD was awesome from the initial contact to the end of my outdoor patio project. I was looking for a design that worked with my 1958 one level walkout home, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Amazing top notch quality that was delivered by a team that was knowledgeable, skilled, kind and respectful throughout the entire process.

In the past, we had a wonderful experience with NRD and recommended them to many friends. Unfortunately, the lack of communication this year and continuous delays were beyond unacceptable. Sadly we will never use this company again.

Our 2019 project, and NRD's lack of communication was extremely frustrating, we had to contact them or we never heard from them after our deposit was paid. Kept using the excuse that they were busy, which is a good problem to have. Will not recommend or ever use again.- we started planning it in 2019 - installation was in 2020.
