I happened to be home when Dillon came to treat my lawn for weeds. Dillon explained what the different weeds were and why they were more prevalent this year. He was knowledgable and pleasant to talk with. He treated the yard thorougly and I am already seeing positive results.

John was unable to perform services yesterday and returned today. He explained what was to be done and applied weed control and fertilizer as requested. Excellent job.

Arthur was very helpfull and knowledgeable when I talked to him about putting down weed control in the rain. He said that it would be good to put down the grub control and fertilizer now and wait for a dry day for weed control. Very friendly and had no problem with rescheduling for weed control. I thought he did an excellent job.

Jordan did a good job communicating with me. He also did a much better job of spraying than previous workers. It remains to be seen if results have improved.

I appreciated the information provided and was able to ask about my pet and any possible issues after application of the fertilizer. Andrew answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Jeff was a star. He came to the door and introduced himself, explained the day’s service and the pet warning. He was polite, well spoken and communicated well. Work was done efficiently as well.

Mike from Rainbow lawn care did a great job today. Most importantly his communication has been great. Always letting me know when he is arriving and with follow up instructions after he’s done.

Dan did a very thorough job. He plugged our lawn and put down our fall lawn fertilizer. I will definitely continue using Rainbow Lawn Care if all of their employees are like Dan.

Both men were working when I arrived back home from the drug store and had a lot of the work already done. I stopped to ask them some questions about the next days ahead and they gave me the information I needed plus some written info. Both were very pleasant and had all the answers I needed. I felt good about the work done and I even like how it looks right now. Very helpful and easy to engage with. I'm looking forward to the end results and would refer Rainbow to others. Thanks.

Dillon greeted me, and was very friendly and professional. He even moved my hose even though I should have done it. Finally, he was very receptive to making slight adjustments to the previous application.
