Excellent customer service on the phone and when they came to install our air conditioner. Absolutely no pressure from them for anything and they were all so polite and well mannered. We highly recommend for any service you need!

We were referred to Avid as we had a non firing MagicPak furnace. Lee showed and was very friendly, explaining everything, spending lots of time investigating the problem to discover that the Ecobee wasn't 100% compatible with the furnace.
Replaced the Ecobee by a not that smart programmable thermostat, did some maintenance as the previous HVAC didn't do a good job and the furnace runs happily :)

Avids was at my listing the day I placed the the call that the AC was not functioning properly. A new AC was installed the next day. As a realtor I find this type of service beyond the ordinary and will refer Avids to anyone who needs an HVAC contractor. Dave communicated thru the process with myself and the seller, the job was done to perfection.

Dave and his team are very professional and do quality work. The company handled a complex, whole-system installation for me. At each step in the process they communicated clearly about the work. After installation, they have responded to questions and service requests very quickly.

Lee did a great job installing the new humidifier on my furnace. He always goes out of way to explain how it works and what to expect. Super helpful! Highly recommend Avid Heating and Cooling.

Dave answered an emergency call on a Saturday afternoon. He was upfront and honest regarding the charges for the call and adhered to his initial price even though he spent longer than expected getting us up and running. Highly recommend this company. Dave was actively trying to save costs for us and providing all the options with full transparency, thank you!

GREAT service by Dave and the rest of the team at Avid. Dave came around 3:30 and did not leave until 9:15 because he wanted to make sure we had the air working. It was a big job and he was amazing! Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Dave!

My furnace broke last Wednesday, I called my warranty. On Friday morning they called and said they couldn't find anyone because too busy and new years. So after many calls and leaving messages because noone answered. I was beginning to give up . The temps were dropping fast. Then that evening this company called back !! Amber apologized for not answering but she returned my call asap ! Next thing I knew Jake was coming to look at my furnace !! He drove an hour to get here . He was very nice and knowledgeable and professional! Even though it was New Years Eve and Freezing out this company showed up and stayed until fixed and running properly. AND still running ! Avid is definitely #1 in my book ! Thank You !! Cynthia

This is a top-notch outfit. I called early this morning and spoke to Amber, who was very friendly. She got me in touch with Jake, who was at my home within 3 hours of my initial call. Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up and diagnosed my furnace within 15 minutes of his arrival. Problems solved!! great job

Dave and team were outstanding. From the first interaction I had with Dave (through a referral) to the quality of communication, the honesty and non-sales'y approach, to the workmanship, everything was exactly what I wanted it to be. Dave came in and double checked everything on my full new heating and cooling system from Trane before he left. Very highly recommended in every respect. Would definitely do it the same way all over again!
