Best experience in the last 12 years of business at The Neighborhood Cafe. Showed up fast on a Saturday morning and had our drain back to draining faster than anyone has before. Also very courteous! Definitely calling them again!

Had them out for a clogged kitchen sink and main line clean out. They provided excellent service for a great price. Call was returned promptly, service guy was out quickly and my drains cleaned efficiently. Service guy was knowledgeable and they did a great job leaving the place tidy. Will definitely use them again.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and especially the professional Steve that did the work. We had pipes jam up and drains back up on a Saturday and it was a massive mess and they got it fixed perfectly. Also, they were very forthcoming right out of the gate with what it was gonna cost there was no bait and switch. Highly recommended! Especially Steve!!

The tech that came to our home ran through a clogged line once then attempted to run a larger size cutter but gabe up stating he couldn't break through the clog. So, he stayed he didn't have the right tool but "should be good enough." Not a positive feeling about the quality of work and left only to hope the line doesn't back up again.

I got in contact with top notch to clear a floor drain, the tech took it upon himself without contacting me to clear my main drain line, at three times the amount of service I requested, and to put the icing on the cake. They didn’t clear my floor drain because they said that it has unknown debris in it. So now I have to pay for services that I did not want or need and I still have to pay to get my floor drain cleared after doing business with this company several times this is the thanks I get.
