Steve and his team did a phenomenal job!! We had our roof, gutters, fascia and siding work done by Clear Choice. Through the whole process Steve and the team was responsive and professional. They addressed every question or issue that arose. The reviews you read about Steve and Clear Choice are all true. I have refereed them to my neighbors and to my family. I am thrilled knowing I have found my contractor for everything exterior. Thanks Steve, Joe, and Brent!!!!

We were part of a massive hail storm back in spring 2022 that caused a ton of damage all over. Neighbors reccomended Clear Choice to us, and I'm SO glad they did. Due to supply shortages and a green roof, it took a bit for the install to get done. That said- Steve and his team were fabulous. Excellent communicators, and always ensured that I knew what was going on, and when. They handled the liason work with the garage door company and the gutter company, and I always felt like I was in good hands. The few minor issues we had after the jobs were done were handled immeadiately. Highly endorse this company.

The whole team at Clear Choice was great to work with to replace our roof. Steve came out to look at our situation and was very considerate, knowledgeable and quickly had my trust as he clearly explained what needed to be done and how they would get it done. I could tell he and his crew would treat us well. When the work was being done, his crew showed the same positive qualities and did not disappoint! They worked hard and were very considerate as well. Clear Choice really went way beyond the call in getting our roof replaced after hail damage. Even though the insurance company (Allstate) kept making us jump through one new hoop after another, Clear Choice stayed with us the whole way through. Then, the work they did was exceptionally high quality, and the crew was friendly, hard-working, trustworthy, and professional. And, after the work was complete, their cleanup was so good we still haven't found a single nail or screw anywhere. We would definitely hire them again.

I had hail damage from big storm June 2017 and had poor experience with a different contractor. Steve Olson and all the Clear Choice team treated my project like it was the most important. Steve worked with my insurance agent and insurance claims reps to insure everything was accounted for in the end. All work was timely and with great care. I strongly recommend Clear Choice for all your home restoration projects.

I utilized Clear Choice Restoration for my roof replacement and am extremely satisfied. Top notch work from beginning to end. Starting with a quick concise and clear quote to communication throughout the process. They went the extra mile and made changes that weren’t included in the original quote but were the right thing to do as if they were replacing their own roof. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Clear Choice Restoration did for us. Our project is a 30 x 30 garage with a loft above with a 10 pitch roof. They arrived about 8:00 AM and were done with the roof by 1:30 PM. The crew arrived and started on the project after assessing it. The work site was just as clean, if not cleaner when the job was completed. The crew of five (5) were really nice and extremely professional. I want to thank Steve Olson and Clear Choice Restoration for the quick and professional work they did! I would highly recommend their services!!

Update.....time to write another 5 star review for Clear Choice Restoration! First time was for our new siding, this time for our new windows. The installers and stainers were professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up. They did an excellent job! And Steve Olson is hands down THE BEST! All the back and forth he did with our insurance company...I don't know how he has the patience. Our 30 year old windows were damaged by hail and the insurance adjuster approved new sashes, but sashes for our old windows were no longer being produced. Steve provided the insurance company with a letter from the window manufacturer that they could not be repaired which meant new windows. He was asked to produce the same documentation including estimates multiple times over several months before new windows were finally approved. Steve did all the heavy lifting and I only was involved when absolutely necessary. And Brent and Tom did the measurements so custom windows could be made to replace our old windows which meant we were able to reuse all our window blinds which saved us out of pocket expense. Our new windows are awesome! We would not hesitate to recommend Steve and his crew! We had friends use Clear Choice for their new roof and they are fans also. So siding, windows, or roofing...you should use Clear Choice Restoration!

From the moment we contacted Steve and through the entire process we couldn't be be more impressed. Clear Choice came recommended from someone we respect and trust., We were bombarded by multiple companies immediately after our house was damaged by a terrible hailstorm. Steve returned our phone call within an hour and was out to see us the same day as the storm. Steve made the whole process with our insurance provider simple, meeting personally with the adjustor and working directly with him to have an accurate assessment of the required repairs.
Nicky was very helpful during the initial stages in scheduling Steve's time and provided prompt responses to general questions we had.
Once the project started, Brent was always extremely quick to return text messages and provide updates as to status of when materials would arrive and when crews would be on site to perform the work, and following up.
Henry and his crew were very hard working and meticulous in their work and genuinely just very nice and courteous people....very professional in their commitment to their craft.
The whole process from beginning to end in regard to the insurance claim and paperwork was easy as Clear Choice took the lead. The only other thing we can add is if on a scale of 1 - 10 we would give Clear Choice an 11! We would not hesitate to recommend Clear Choice or to use them again on future projects.

Clear Choice Restoration was highly recommended to us and they lived up to the hype. John was our contact person, however, the entire team, Nicky, and Brent, were on task when their roles became necessary. John was in constant communication with us from our first contact until the end of the project. He is a good and timely communicator. His expertise and professionalism showed throughout the various items we needed to complete. John was willing to work with our insurance company from the beginning all the way through to the final invoice. We highly recommend Clear Choice restoration.

Clear Choice was recommended by Farmers insurance to replace our hail damaged roof.

I will recommend Clear Choice to everyone I know with confidence! From the very first day when Joe came out, to Tim that came out and showed me samples and was fun and easy to talk to, to Nicky sending the invoices and making it easy to know what I was sending and how, to Brent who kept me in the loop on install dates way ahead of time when the weather wasn’t cooperating, to the final conversation with Tom to close it all out.

I had questions along the way and everyone did above and beyond what was expected from them as a customer of theirs. I have had so many comments and compliments on my house already, it’s great!! My colleague gave me the Clear Choice Restoration recommendation…and thank goodness she did! Joe came out gave an estimate for full replacement and came back the next day to put a patch on a spot that was leaking. My insurance company was a mess and so dramatic the entire time—Clear Choice (huge shout out to both Joe and Ashley) fought everyday and ended up getting me an entire new roof! The crew that came out to do the roof replacement was fantastic, fast and clean, even the dumpster crew was friendly and prompt (and were so kind!). Tim made some day-of construction updates after uncovering some rot—and came back later to help with a noisy skylight. This was my first time dealing with my home insurance company and Clear Choice kept me from swearing and crying. I really can’t say enough great things about everyone I worked with: thanks Ashley, Joe, Nicky, Tim and the whole roofing crew!

Clear Choice did an AMAZING job for out entire exterior remodel! We had storm damage, and were referred to CCR through insurance. We ended up doing an entire exterior update - and could not be happier with CCR!
