Good cleaners, bad accounting. They do a great job cleaning, but their billing process is flawed. Keep your own records to avoid errors.

Cold calling people on the do not call list.

I had him here twice and asked for a refund stated he would come back.... but never did. He made the carpet look worse, and soaked it for 5 days.. I cleaned some spots with resolve the he stated could not come out!!!

Wish I could rate these people less than one star. Cold called me at work on my cell phone. I live in a townhouse and have no use for their services, something they could have known if they'd simply googled my address before calling and interrupting my day. When I tried to explain this to the person on the other end of the line, they hung up on me.

I'm also on the do not call list and never should have been called in the first place. If a company can't even do their marketing in a respectable manor by checking the do not call list to make sure they aren't calling people illegally, it would cause me to have serious questions about their work. I have never done business with this company and after this experience I never will.

They say you only get one chance to make a good first impression. The first impression they made with me is that this company is extremely shady and their employees have no class. If you're considering using them I highly recommend you look for a more reputable company than these guys. They don't deserve your money.

UPDATE: These people started calling me again, when I told them I am on the do not call list and stop calling me they called me right back and started arguing with me about the do not call list. I just had their number pop up for the 4th time in two days. I've filed a complaint with the FTC about these people.

An extremely questionable company, avoid them at all cost.

UPDATE 2: Do not contact anyone at best storm leads about this, as soon as a person does this then they can call you without fear of the do not call list because you contacted them. Don't fall for that scam
