Ouverson was fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly with a timeline of the project and quote, and followed up throughout the 'waiting period' until they started the work. Day of the dig/repair they were there on time and very efficient. The repair was explained in detail from the crew, with video confirmation of the work they completed. Post work they repaired my yard to make it look like they were never there. Quote was accurate and no additional surprise charges were added. Highly recommended from a price, timing, communication, and quality perspective. Thank you Ouverson!

I cannot express enough what an amazing company Ouverson Sewer & Water is! We sold our house and upon inspection found we had a tree root in our main sewer line. The last thing you want to hear, but Ouverson came in and took care of the issues quickly, without any issues, and the staff is AMAZING!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ouverson Sewer & Water!!!

Quick and easy install (3-4 hours for 65’ run)

I had a sewer liner installed and it was done in half a day! Another company wanted to charge more than double and tear up my paver walkway leaving me to repair. Another company wanted me to tear down my beautiful maple tree. Now I get to keep my tree, paver walkway and save money and time. I couldn’t be happier to have this project completed and no more surprise backed up sewer line due to tree roots.

I cannot express how deeply I trust Ouverson with any sewer issue. We were selling our house with a broken sewer line and they sent out a technician (Stan) to scope the line and properly assess the cost of replacement. We had talked to THREE other sewer specialists prior to Ouverson who gave us a runaround on the possible fixes and prices. This was an expensive fix ($20,000+) and we needed to be sure of the corrective action. They got us all squared away so we could negotiate with the buyer (ultimately, we didn’t end up using them because we let the buyer select the company and handle the repair).

Additionally, we bought a house and hired a different company to scope our sewer line and they told us excavation was necessary. We sent the video footage immediately to Ouverson who reported back no excavation was required - in fact, the sewer line didn’t need to be fixed at all! The other sewer company was trying to make $$ off of us.

David Allen - Project Manager - has been amazing to work with along with Stan, their technician. If you have sewer problems, don’t call anyone else. They aren’t the cheapest but sewer fixes are not cheap. You want quality workmanship especially if excavating.
