I love this company. Most of the time I feel like service calls are an added stress in my life. I don’t feel that way when I call Weld for services. They answered my call at 7:05 am my service was complete by 10:00 am.
I had prearranged an appliance removal and install with another service provider that couldn’t be done with out a stuck valve being replaced.
In the future I will just trust my installs with Weld. It’s money going in the right direction, they are good people.

Weld and Sons came out to replace my water heater yesterday and they were on time, kind, competent, and incredibly reasonable on pricing. There were several code issues to upgrade and had limited space to work in (requiring a totally different water heater that could accommodate the space), and they handled it all very efficiently. I will go to them first for any plumbing needs going forward. I don’t often do google reviews, but they were all-around so outstanding, I felt compelled to give them a good review. I would recommend them all day long!

Weld and Sons has completed two different projects for our family. The first was a new a bathroom in our basement remodel and the most recent was a rennovation to our existing main floor bath.

Don was able to provide us with clear and straightforward estimates for our work. The office team was clear and proactive in communication and scheduling.

Marcus and James were our recent plumbers onsite and they were professional, timely and produced quality work. Marcus took the time to walk through all of the work, answered my questions and was flexible in accommodating my family. They also showed care to protect other parts of our home during the work.

Weld is a strong organization that I trust and highly recommend. They are definitely our first call for future work!

Amazing experience with Weld & Sons plumbing when I had a leaking shower. I was fortunate enough to have Kent fix the shower and he even stayed to test my hard water and assure me I had a well functioning water softener. Prices are extremely reasonable and cheaper than other businesses I received quotes from and most importantly there is no attempt at up-selling. I would recommend Weld & Sons, but specifically Kent, for any plumbing needs. We will certainly use them in the future. Thank you!

Edit update: We used weld & sons a second time two months after our original and it was once again an outstanding experience. Dayne came to fix our sump pump at an incredibly reasonable price and since he was so quick with the repair he even looked at some other plumbing questions we had. Truly amazing company and employees.

Before choosing this company to install a hot water heater, I did my research with respect to quality of work, fairness of price, and customer satisfaction. You can add my name as a very satisfied customer. And major kudos to Josh, who was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He actually went above and beyond with regard to correcting some issues left by the last two hot water heater installations.

James was very informative. He was punctual and did a great job replacing our water heater.

We had an exceptionally good experience with Weld & Sons in replacing our very old hot water heaters. We received a very competitive bid from pictures that we sent and arranged a prompt installation time. Mark and his team were on time, extremely professional, completed the job in just a couple of hours and gave detailed instructions on the operation and maintenance of the new hot water heaters. Highly recommended!!!

I called three companies for labor quotes after my son discovered water running from the water main in our basement around 8:15 this morning. Two companies told me they only bid by the job and would send someone to take a look and provide an estimate. Weld, the third company, asked me to send pictures. After Weld received the pictures, they informed me that it was the water meter horn that needed to be replaced and that either my city would need to drop it off or I would need to pick it up (saving Weld's time and my money). They also told me their labor rates over the phone. I called the city and asked for a meter horn and for the curbside water valve to be closed so we could also replace our ancient streetside water valve. After receiving the estimates from the other two companies and talking things over with my father, who's pretty handy, I decided to hire Weld, in large part because of their forthright communication.
Kent J. arrived promptly during the scheduled appointment window and just completed the job for less than half the cost the other companies quoted. Additionally, while he was working he graciously answered questions from my sons about the plumbing trade. After Kent left, I texted my husband, who replied, "Put them on speed dial--they are our go-to plumbers." Done.

On my way out the door this morning, I discovered our hot water heater was leaking. I gave Weld and Sons a call and after a few questions, I had a fair quote and a crew on the way. Marcus and James were here in no time and had the tank swapped out quickly. It’s only a few hours from my call and the new hot water heater is up and running. Marcus did a great job of explaining the new heater and answering all my questions. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Marcus, James & the whole crew at Weld and Sons will be at the top of my list for any plumbing job.

Following up on my initial review: we hired Weld & Sons to do the work Brant outlined last year. Dan and Joel arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job perfectly—professional and reasonably priced. Not the lowest bid, but not the highest, and no surprises. I definitely recommend contacting Weld & Sons for your plumbing needs.

We've used Weld & Sons multiple times, all with very good results. On the projects where City inspectors were required I heard comments like "I see a lot of their work; these guys always do good work." Today Zach worked on Water Softener / Water Heater issues. Fixed the issues quickly while explaining exactly what he was doing in a very clear and concise manner. Absolutely our "go to" plumbers!

Marcus and James came out to install a new hot water heater for me and they did a great job. Every time I need ANYTHING related to plumbing your company gets my business — ALWAYS great professional service! I sing your praises from the rooftops as the best plumbers in town!

We discovered Weld and Sons through Consumers Checkbook. We had a hot water heater break on a Sunday and left them an online message. They called us back early on Monday and Josh was at our house before noon the same day. The hot water heater replacement was very smooth - Josh did an excellent job with the install and also answering any questions we had. Prompt, courteous service and a very fair price for the work. We are very impressed and will certainly call again when we need plumbing help.

Kent came to the house for a couple of jobs— he was able to advise me on something that I can do myself, then he tackled a major problem on my outdoor faucet which had probably been building since the house was built in the 1950s! He thoroughly explained what the issues were and how he was going to handle them. I highly recommend this company for their prompt service and a job well done!

My hot water heater started leaking so I knew it was time to replace it. Called around to a few places for quotes and timing. Weld & Sons is the place to go! Within hours of calling, they were onsite and 90 minutes later I had a new water heater. They had the best price and fastest service. Marcus and James were the best. Left no mess and communicated the whole process. I have used Weld & Sons for other plumbing projects. They have been great! 10/10 would recommend!

Kent visited yesterday to take care of two jobs, one big and one small. Kent was fantastic! Kent made the needed repairs quickly and efficiently. Kent also shared tips on what we could do to reduce the likelihood of one of the problems in the future. All of the work was completed at a fair price. We are happy customers here. We highly recommend Weld and Sons.

Kent and Joel were working on our faucet and drain. They worked quickly, quietly and were very pleasant. I don't review companies often, but they were so communicative and flexible that I thought it warranted a review. Sarah helped me on the phone and was extremely helpful. Great service all around.

Couldn’t be happier with Weld & Sons! Water heater started leaking over the weekend. Called them after no answer from company that installed old one. They walked me through my options, gave me a quote on the phone and saved me thousands over a weekend install. When they came to do the work, they were on time, friendly, efficient, very competent, honest and cleaned up after themselves. Dan, Mark & Zach went above and beyond. I will use again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest plumber.

Your company is wonderful! My hot water heater died. The first estimate I got was $3500, not appropriate! The installer was at my door before 8 am ready to replace it and he was so professional! You can tell that he loves the company and is a team player. Respectful and hard-working. They were in and out within 2 1/2 hours and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely be a return customer!
