The technicians who came out to bleed and fill my boiler system were super friendly and professional. They did a great job and I recommend this service.

Very quickly came out to diagnose my furnace when I had no heat. Friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything to me along the way which I very much appreciate. Will use again when needed!

Mike was on time and immediately inquired about my concerns with the boiler and toe kick. He diagnosed the problem and quickly went to work. He explained the problem and maintenance going forward. I felt very confident with his remarks to get everything working properly.

K&B came out Friday evening after a call to Home serve for a water heater break. He verified it was toast and was not able to offer a replacement until Monday. Home serve was no help either so I called around and found someone that did the job that night.

We previously had work done them thru HomeServe. Same issue came up again, but a different company was sent out essentially wasted our time. We called KB again and the experience again was excellent. The Tech told us the exact opposite. We were informed they didn’t partner with HomeServe, but they’re serve was better than whoever HomeServe sent.

KB Service company has always been great to work with whether it is regular maintenance or a furnace replacement. They are on time, professional and do great work. I have many rental properties and I never have to worry when they are involved.

Their Tech Qua Y, was very knowledgeable and was very helpful and honest. He did a thorough job and explained everything to us. He didn't try to sell us something that we don't need.

Nate did a great job for us on a leaky faucet and toilet repair/replace. They were hired through our American Home Shield subscription. We’d use them for other plumbing work and more.

Nate went above and beyond helping us with our slow running kitchen sink and was all done at a very fair price. Would highly recommend kb service to anyone need any plumbing or hvac work done. We will use anytime we need more work done!!

Fair and honest service call, they tried to explain how to take care of it myself by walking me through it but I'm all thumbs and couldn't figure it out. So I still needed KB Services to make the service call. Issue was fixed without complications to my satisfaction.

Company responded and sent texts timely. Mike, who serviced my furnace, intuitively knew what the issue was right away. He was prompt, informative and very friendly. Would use KB and Mike again for sure!

Tony was contracted though my warranty company. He did a great job unplugging my washtubs. He was friendly, punctual and thorough. He had to contort around some cramped spaces to get the job done.

Our thermostat stopped working this summer and Chet from KB Service Co. arrived in a timely manner. He replaced the thermostat quickly and provided us the programming instructions. Our air conditioner was back in service right away. Thank you!

I recently requested service through their website for my work office. I was called back the same day and got an appointment and estimate for the cost right away. The text updates were timely and helpful as well. They came when they said they would and charged what the estimate was too. Very pleased with the quality and communication.

Nate was great. He was able to get our basement drain unclogged. It took him awhile but he kept on going til he knew the drain was working properly. Thank you nate?!
