Matt has been out to visit multiple times for various issues in our 130 year old house, and we have gotten reliable service with clear and helpful explanations. He also helped with a few follow up questions after we replaced the lining of our water softener this summer.

Great experience. I received a phone call to schedule an appointment with minutes of filling out a request for plumbing service online. Less than two hours later, I had two people at my door to check things out. They took care of the original issue and some others that came up in the process. They explained everything they were doing and the cost for each service as they went along so there were no surprises at the end. They also offered great advice on work to be considered in the future and also some helpful tips to prevent more issues. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Oakly arrived earlier than expected, which was wonderful. He sized up the problem with our shower's water control, whipped up an estimate, and got to work. He had the relevant parts, turned off the water, replaced the ailing mechanism, and made sure that everything worked before turning water on again. He was here about an hour and tidied up nicely. He had been here before to help us with some other plumbing problems and was able to explain how those problems were somewhat related to the shower issue. I appreciated the continuity and analysis.

Oakly was great! He answered all my questions and explained other general plumbing work as well.

Nick Touchette, he is very nice person, he openly show me his price for toilet flap replacement and I decided to do it my self, although I did use his service, he was very knowledgeable and has thoughtful customers service skill .

Tech Oakley was awesome! I thought it was expensive for a simple water softener install that we purchased. Didn’t have any other quotes so not sure how “fair” the pricing is to be fair.
