John was extremely friendly and right off the bat tried to help me over the phone before he even thought it was necessary for him to come over. He talked to me through what was wrong and was really prompt and honest, great guy and I'll call on him again the next time something comes up!

In the end I didn't need anyone to come out and service my furnace but John was so great on the phone. Walked me through a few steps and was able to find the issue (mouse in the blower) and resolve it over the phone. Thanks John!!!

I called on Friday night and they arrived on Saturday morning at 8:00. After having to drive to Bloomington to get the parts he needed my furnace was back up and running by 10:30 the same morning! I am forever grateful for their help.

Had the air go out yesterday. Our usual place couldn't see us until Friday; this was Monday. Called John at 630pm. They were here the next morning. Called at 1022 to say they were on their way. Called me at 1053 to tell me what the problem was (I was at an apt), told us the price and that they had the part with them. At 1131, they called and said they were all done. I was sure we needed a new ac unit this time, but nope. They diagnosed, cleaned the unit, checked the charge, and replaced the start up capacitor in under an hour. They know what they're doing, and don't take advantage of you in the process.

Fischer Heating & Air is awesome!!! They have done quality work every time. They work on our old roof units as well as our small house type furnaces and air conditioners. They have also installed both types of HVAC units for us.
John the owner is a great guy. If you are using someone else, do yourself a favor and call John, he has helped us out for many many years.

Knights in Shining White Vans, I own a business and our air conditioner went out on a Friday, my normal Heating and Cooling company said that they were booked a week out. I called Fisher and they were out within the half hour after they did some phone diagnostics. We ruled all of the easy fixes out and sure enough, needed the Flux Cop. changed. We are back up and running in no time. Thank you, you earned a new customer!!!

Great service! They serviced my furnace this year which hasn't been done in quite awhile. The communications was very good and he arrived on time. We scheduled the appointment a couple weeks in advance. He followed up a day in advance to make sure it was still good. Then, the day of the appointment he texted to see if he could arrive early which worked out great for me. I really appreciate the communications, staying in touch. The whole time he worked on my furnace he explained what he was doing and why. I really liked that - no surprises either. I highly recommend Fisher Heating and Air Conditioning!

My furnace had gone out a few days before Thanksgiving, but not knowing of Fischer Heating and Air, I called another company. They came out and got it running. It went out again on Black Friday. I called them again, and they came and put in a universal part. It worked for two weeks, and then just stopped working. This time it was out, and would NOT come back on. I didn't want to call that company again. I didn't know what to do. I called my brother, and he told me to call Fischer Heating and Air, and to speak with John. I wished I would have called my brother the first time!! John -- of Fischer Heating and Air -- came out, and I told him everything the other company did. He asked me why the other company put in a universal part, if it had been fixed in the middle of the night, when the store was closed, so as to not be able to buy the specific part for my furnace. I said that it had been in the middle of the day - that the guy just walked into his truck, came back in my house, and put it in. Well, John called the shop that's not even 10 minutes away from my house, and got the correct part!! He put it in. He told me to set the fan to circulate (go on and off throughout he day), to assist in helping my old furnace to not overheat. I set it to the temperature I wanted, and it's been running perfectly ever since!! It's been six weeks since John fixed my furnace, and it's still going strong!! I would have saved myself a lot of money if I would have known about Fischer Heating and Air the first time around!! John is very honest and trustworthy. He will tell you if your specific part is available, and then install it! Don't be fooled by others who want to take the lazy way, and install whatever they have in stock in their truck.
