Dan provided awesome service. He was very knowledgeable about the kind of toilet I had and we discussed that the plastic nuts for tightening it to the floor could possibly cause the problem to reoccur. I had been unhappy with the plastic pieces in multiple places with the toilet and decided to replace it while he was already here. He quickly went and picked up a much better toilet, took my old one away and installed the new toilet very quickly! I feel much better that this new toilet will last. I couldn’t be happier with his service. Thank you!

After our water heater rusted out and emptied gallons of water into our finished basement, Nick from Bruce Nelson’s plumbing was able to come over after a nearby assignment and install a new one. Efficient, personable, skilled, and overall good guy that went above and beyond. Thank you!

Very friendly, efficient, professional, and knew his stuff.
He even gave me great advice on future plumbing issues.

My hot water heater previously installed by BNPH 19 years ago finally blew a hole. Called at noon and they were here and installed a new (actually identical) water heater at 8:00am the next morning. Friendly top-notch work. Left things cleaned up. In and out in less than 2 hours. Price very competitive. Highly recommend.

Jordan was on time, friendly and quickly fixed our issue within 30 minutes. I felt the charge was reasonable and below my expected estimate. I would call Bruce Nelson Plumbing again in the future. Thank you for resolving the issue quickly.

We’re super impressed with BNPH, from Mike who made the appointment who was very acommodating with our unusual time schedule to Jon B. Who actually performed the work. Jon arrived a little bit early and we weren’t home yet, so he called and waited for us to arrive home without any additional charges. Jon completed the job in record time, so fast that I told him he should learn to drag it out so he could earn more money. He just laughed and said “I suppose some people do that”. He’s a really nice guy, I think we found ourselves a plumbing, heating & A/C outfit for any future problems. A really great experience all around!

Jon was great. He did an awesome job of completing the new valve and supply line replacement project for our home. We also installed a new kitchen sink and Jon helped with the new drain line.

My new favorite plumbing company. Prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, fairly priced. Also - conservative. I had a problem that looked/ could have been very bad, but my plumber kept looking until he found the most conservative approach that worked. We all need that kind of help!

This is my second review reporting great service. This time I needed a new kitchen faucet, but ordered the wrong one myself. The plumber diagnosed that immediately, helped me choose the correct replacement and installed the replacement when it came. Absolutely no hassle and no extra charges because of my own error!! Highly recommend again.

This was the first time I’ve used Bruce Nelson Plumbing Danny was prompt, courteous and kind he worked very efficiently and was very pleasant to be around he replaced a 55 year old shower mixer in about an hour would highly recommend this company again

I want to thank Jon B from Bruce Nelson Plumbing and Heating Service, Inc. for doing a great job on a plumbing project at my home. He replaced some VERY old, crusty plumbing that I'm sure required creative thinking to accomplish. He put in over four hours to get the pipes, faucets, and new stationary tub in our laundry room. He was friendly, answered ALL my questions, and even did a followup call. I had never used this company before but certainly will again.

Awesome service today from Jon! He fixed an issue that a previous “handyman” caused while installing a kitchen faucet. He also showed me how to do maintenance going forward! Very nice guy too!

Called this great company yesterday and Jordan was here today right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our 2 plumbing issues within an hour. Can't complain about the price either! If all the technicians are as nice and efficient as Jordan (and something tells me they are) you can't go wrong with Bruce Nelson Plumbing & Heating Service. And the office staff was terrific as well!
