The service technician mitchell that came out to look at my furnace was very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it. Told me what he found was wrong and told me what it did. It was late so he had to let me know next day if my part is still available. I Will definitely use them again in the future for other things as well

Charlie worked on my faulty furnace. He had it up and running again very quickly and was willing to answer all my questions. He showed up right on time and wore his booties to keep my rugs clean! It's the little things but they all added up to great service!

Out furnace went out on Saturday, by Monday our new furnace was installed and the house was warm on the coldest day of the winter! The whole process was easy and Andrew was exceptional with the install. Thank you!!

We are very satisfied with home energy heating and cooling. We wanted our furnace tested for piece of mind and our tech, Charlie, was very helpful. He answered all our questions and we will definitely call them if we need help in the future.

I signed up for the State Fair promo and went in with low expectations not knowing if they would try to sell me services or products. Peter was great - far exceeded expectations. He was thorough, explained everything he was doing, what areas we needed to watch and what I could do as a homeowner to help keep my units going strong. I would recommend him!

The team arrived on time at 7am in the morning. The team members were great to interact with and completed the full installation. Quality of work was excellent and completed earlier than anticipated. We are very satisfied with the company and team members.

My technician Charlie did a heating tune up and did a fantastic job. Clearly explained all the work he did and what he saw. The price was only $8.88 as part of their black Friday deal partnership with home depot.

We did our home fall tune up today. Our tech was running early so he completed the job before he was scheduled to start. Very nice for a Friday afternoon. He was in did all the checks sent photos and was very professional.

Smooth and efficient service

Fast and efficient service at a reasonable price. Our tech Keng M was very polite and knowledgeable. He also walked me through maintenance for our furnace and humidifier. Would recommend!!

Joe Larson is the best! He explains things in details and answers all of my questions in tge best professional way. At the end, he ask again if I have any additional questions that he is happy to explain.

Amazing Service and Even Better Results!

My wife and I recently worked with Home Energy in Plymouth, MN, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. We had a really old furnace (like, borderline dangerous) with a heat exchanger that was almost rusted through, and our AC was way too small for the house and installed completely wrong.

John Adams came out for a consultation, and he was fantastic. He explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t make us feel overwhelmed. He went over all our options step by step, and we ended up choosing a Rheem Prestige 3-stage furnace with a 16 SEER AC unit. We also decided to add a Halo UV purifier and an AprilAire humidifier to improve the air quality and comfort in our home.

Let me tell you—the difference is night and day. The new furnace is so quiet we barely notice it’s running, and the uneven hot and cold spots we used to deal with are completely gone. The air in our home smells so much fresher and cleaner thanks to the Halo UV system, and the installation team did an amazing job. Everything was done neatly and professionally, from the taping to the electrical work. It’s clear they care about doing the job right. The electrician they had at our house was phenomenal!

On top of that, the Rheem EcoNet thermostat has been a game changer. It’s super easy to use, and we love being able to control everything from our phones. Plus, it’s already helping us save energy, which is a huge bonus. It gives so much more functionality than thermostats that are 3rd party like Nest, Ecobee, etc.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Home Energy made this whole process so smooth, and the results speak for themselves. We’re already telling friends and family about them, and we’re definitely looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Our technician Caleb was great! He was very helpful and honest. We have an older furnace and will definitely remember the service we received when the time comes to replace it and for future maintenance issues.

Josiah arrived promptly during the given service window. He was very polite and professional and started out by asking if we had any concerns. He went about doing the tuneup. When he was completed, he asked if we had any other concerns and answered a few questions I asked. Went over the inspection report and then asked to insure that we were very satisfied, and had any more additional questions. Overall, we are very satisfied with Josiah’s work and professionalism.

He was early, efficient, went through everything he did, and explained things I should think about regarding the life and health of my furnace. Had very good luck with Home depot home energy services. Very good service technicians. Overall, happy with the install.Now we'll see how my new rheem furnace performs this winter. Everything went well from the bidding process to the completion of the installation.

Our service technician Josiah performed a furnace tune-up. I appreciate that he took the extra time to talk me through what exactly he was going to do and also explained to me and my 7-year-old son how different parts of the furnace worked. He gave me a good summary of the health of my furnace upon completion. I had a boiler on site that I had some questions about and he also afforded me the extra time. Great, prompt service, and was easy to get along with.

Our home has a boiler system with baseboard registers. Had service plus out to take a look on Sunday night. He could not work on the water system only the boiler itself. He recommended calling a plumber. Enter Home Energy… Charlie Yang was our service technician. Charlie was knowledgeable about boilers and the water system. He went through a process of elimination to determine the problem. The fix Charlie employed did not help the problem initially but he stuck to it and solved the issue. Price was unbelievably good for the time Charlie spent determining and fixing the root cause. I will call Home Energy first next time my boiler system is having an issue…they can actually work on your home heating system. Well done Charlie!
