My AC went out last Wednesday after 6 PM so I immediately gave them a call and they actually answered my call after hours! I described my situation and they new exactly what was needed to fix it. They made sure to take time out of their packed schedule to fit me in the very next day! I was back up and running in about 5 minutes after they arrived, completely AWESOME!

I had Air Mechanical out for three issues on June 30th. Carter was the plumber and Jason was the electrician. I could not be happier. They were both wonderful. Polite, professional and helpful.

Short read. Five stars over fourteen years and six service calls.
In 2004 Elk did all the new construction HVAC in our home. Two stage, three zone, Vanee?system, lower level in-floor, heated garage. In 2010 they installed a bonus room split unit.
During the past fourteen years we've had a half dozen service calls, all on time, all problem solved on first stop. Very reasonable rates. And two more "simple" issues solved - over the phone & after hours, without charge.
And I'm not even remotely related!

Rich came out and knew immediately what was wrong with my A/C and fixed it very quickly. He was knowledgeable and explained to me what to do if it happens again. Amazing service and price, will definitely be calling them in the future!

I have had no problems or issues with the work they have done. I highly recommend. They have replace about a dozen air conditioner at the property i am manager. Has even showed up on a Sunday to fix a unit for a tenet with small child. Nice to know i can depend on Elk when needed.

This company is great. I have used them to for all of my HVAC needs in my house. Whenever I’ve needed service or an install they have always been there going above and beyond what any other company would do to make things right. Rich and Rick and everyone at the office are some real stand up people. They are my HVAC people, and I tell everyone about them.

We had some issues this winter due to a pitch in our furnace exhaust that wasn't quite right. Rick came over the next day and worked with it, explained everything thoroughly and took care of the issue very quickly. He was super nice and got everything wrapped up very fast.
