Trevor stopped over in a timely manner, after making the appt just this morning. Explained how he was going to fix my water backup, gave me options and let me watch. It’s really nice to know the cause Instead of just fixing the problem. Nice kid. Thx Trevor!

Jade and Bennet were able to perform a same day repair on my shower. Service was quick and relatively affordable. They were able to answer any of the questions I had and were more than willing to share additional information about my setup and maintenance steps.

It was really nice talking with Matt S. - he was just the kind of guy you’d want as a plumber. He walked me through my options in detail and the repair process - I was impressed with the timing, communication, and quality of the service. From quote to completion it was just a few hours and the water heater install and other repairs are looking great. I’m looking forward to working with Northern again with their home protection plan. Had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out today for a main line inspection. Felipe was the technician and he was great! He was knowledgeable, honest, thorough, pleasant, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. 10/10 would recommend.

Our Master Plumber, Thomas, is a very nice young man, very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. He has a great sense of humor and went above and beyond to get the new water heater installed in a timely and efficient manner.

Thomas Williams was my plumber. He was in time and kept the entire area immaculate. He worked hard and straight through dinner hour to finish replacing/installing a water heater. Even though his schedule was filled, he squeezed me in. The office was terrific in getting me in touch with a technician on a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend.

Felipe was on time, and very through in assessing the situation and giving me options.
We ran into a complication involving a garbage disposal causing a slow draining drain, and he took the time to experiment with solutions. We did have to replace the disposal after all. He did a great job all around. Highly recommended.

Trevor was a very good technician. He explained what was the problem and what was needed to correct it. He worked effectively and efficiently. He was great at not making a mess and cleaned up extremely well after himself. I was pleased with his work.

The 2 gentlemen (Brent B. & Adain S.) who came out were super friendly, courteous, and super knowledgeable. Brent took the time to show & explain everything. I would highly recommend them to friends/ family & will be using this company for all future needs.

Jade was more than helpful! We had a plumbing emergency and he could not have handled it better. He not only fixed the problem but offered great advise as to what else we should do to avoid future issues. We look forward to working with Jade and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs in the future. We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday morning and the staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing could not have been more helpful.

Had Matt come take a look at our water softener that was leaking and he was very thorough with explaining how everything functioned. Explained both options of repair and replacement which I appreciated a ton! Very knowledgeable and definitely would recommend if you need something checked out. Thanks Matt!

Brent was wonderful. He came in and I explained to him the issues we have been having with the Flo by Moen app that we have and how it keeps shutting off the water and my husband and I haven't noticed any leaks or hear any running toilets etc. He ran a diagnostics and checked the water and looked at all the bathrooms and wherever water is located/being used and said everything was in good working order and looking good. However, I mentioned that the humidifier in the utility room was continuously running water into the drain. He turned that off and we checked the app and saw that the was the problem. He said that should not be running like that but since that is an HVAC issue he was not able to fix that for us today. But he happily called HVAC to get someone out to fix and repair the problem for us tomorrow. Thank you Brent. You are super knowledgeable and helpful and walked me through your diagnostic that you preformed and showed me around some of the things in the utility room (we moved into this house in September) so that was very beneficial and extremely helpful for me.

Bryon was Great he was professional and very nice. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The only thing I don't like about this company is their office people. They just think that you can take off any day of the week and make it work for them not for you. with 4hr appointment timeframe is very hard for me. The technicians are great.

Mr. Felipe Gonzalez did a great job clearing my kitchen sink drain. He was polite and patient in answering my questions. He worked pretty fast. Definitely a good experience. A coupon was also honored and saved quite a bit.

Joe was great! I was really nervous about what we’d see on the scope of our sewer and Joe was reassuring and humble. He answered all my questions, was very transparent and made me feel really comfortable and confident in him and the company overall.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is the best. They respond promptly and their communication is excellent. Brent the tech was thorough, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. His assistant trainee was also outstanding. They assess and explain options clearly with no pressure to meet individual needs. I appreciate them so much and the completed work exceeds expectations. Efficient, professional and high quality work. Felipe quickly cleared the clog and installed the new toilet flawlessly. With only 1 bathroom in the house, I was super happy they came to my rescue quickly! Highly recommended!
