Hart’s Electric in Red Wing, Minnesota did a great job during our recent remodeling which was complex with many more circuits than would be generally needed! They were very helpful in working with the designer and working on solutions to complete the project! They were friendly, neat and timely and responsive to changes and issues as they came up. We would highly recommend Jason, Dale, and Chad for any electrical needs and will plan to use them when we need them in the future!!

My mother had an electrical problem that needed immediate attention, and I live 250 miles away. They arrived within the hour and fixed the problem. My mother said they were "very nice". Thank you for your great service!

Tom went the extra mile for me. He found an adapter and remote to replace the 30 year old remote that got dropped in a glass of water. I love the fan and didn't want to replace it. Other electrical companies told me I had to replace the fan. He researched and found what I needed. Thank you Tom. Hart Electric is who I'll call when I need to.

I called to have a 50Amp camper outlet installed on my poll shed. I was not given a price on how much it would cost nor was I given notice when he was going to show up.
It ended up being $750 some dollars for the install. When asked why the bill was so high he said I charge $165 a hour and he charged me a 1 Hour each way. He also stated he normally dont go that far out of his area. I asked then why not turn the job down. Who charges for drive time? He was very unprofessional " raising his voice" on the phone and continued to ask that if everything worked find. I said yes, then he said whats the problem. I did not once asked for a reduction in price only to ask why he charged and extra 2 hours labor. Very unprofessional. Will not recommend him or hire him for anything!

If I could a no star I would. I was NOT quoted on how much it would cost to install two ceiling fans In my house before the job. 2 guys came to do it and they snaked a wire threw my ceiling and installed the switch on one side. Then the 2 men went to the other side of the room where I wanted the other fan and explained to me how they were going to do the work with them installing a pipe to my ceiling to cover the wire and they were going to put a fan literally right over a light that would of been showing threw the fan blades so I would have 2 lights in one spot and the light being under the blades which would not look professional or even acceptable in a house. They DID NOT INSTALL the other fan because I was not happy with that kind of work. I got the bill and it was 1,900 and some change. I was shocked with that kind of bill for wiring one fan through a wall and not installing the fan. I called to explain to the guy and he was very rude said he charges 300 for 2 guys to come out. I asked him to lower it as I’m being charged for service and products that were not done. He lowered it to 1,000 which I thought was still a lot. when I said I was not happy with that still he got rude and said ok well how about 1,200 and tried to bump it up another 200. I had Paxton electric come and he charged me 600 and did the job correctly and professional and fast!! I will never go threw this company again
