My furnace went out on Wednesday in the middle of the night. It was -9 outside! I called Sylvander next morning. Desiree answered the phone and said they would have James out right away. They sent me a confirmation text with a picture of the tech and the 2 hour window of when he would be at my house. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part before he left! My furnace is old so they didn’t have part in stock. James returned the next day with the part and had my furnace up and going again! Very professional. I will be using them for all my needs!

We had freezing rain, no travel advised, everything's ice covered. The technician got as close as he could then walked 5 blocks to get here. He had to walk in the snow as the sidewalks were too slippery.

Fair price for having them put in my hvac equipment i purchase online. Also two heat runs 3600.00 total and they came back out to charge the a/c at no additional charge was included in that rate. Will call again.
