I needed a water heater installed.

I called around 8, the guy was here by 930, and out of the driveway with the old one shortly after 10. He also cleaned up the mess from the old one, which we had already drained and disconnected.

It's much better than the day or two I would have had to wait with the other companies I called in town.

Very fast, efficient, and professional. Will definitely be calling them for my future plumbing needs.

They did quote me a little higher than the others I asked by like $50, but I'd rather they quote high and show up fast. I'll update later if quote was way off.

Last week owner, Terry sent Jake and Tim to my home for much needed plumbing work. Faucet, flapper, fixtures, new toilet and water heater--not to mention the labor of the new shower insert in an old space--all are up and running. The work was done in less than a day. I have not ever posted a review, but I feel Gilbertson's deserves one! My family has used Gilbertson's for YEARS! You call, they know who you are and are there immediately! I have not EVER had a problem with them. Compassionate, knowledgeable, and prompt! Ten plus stars!

Gilbertson’s redid practically all of the existing plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom, as well as the new plumbing for two bathrooms I added to a home I was working on in Red Wing. They do quality work, are reliable, reasonably priced, friendly, and actually clean up after themselves at the end of each work day (very appreciated). Great group of guys who completed a big job in a larger house in about 3-4 full work days. I would definitely hire them again.

My experience with Gilbertsons was absolutely amazing. Helped me tremendously!! Not only with the work they did at my house, but with all of my stupid questions! Desiryee ( hope I got that right 😁 tried my hardest to remember) Was amazing as well and so fricken sweet. The best of the best at Gilbertsons!! Definitely my go to for plumbing and heating!!

Gilbertson is all booked right now so I don't have anything to say about their plumbing expertise. Couldn't get back to me the same day about an urgent plumbing issue which is no problem really, so I called again next day. Who ever was on the phone not only called a potential customer kiddo but went on to explain not returning the call because they assumed someone else took care of it... From a potential customer standpoint, this doesn't sound good and I already don't want to work with this company.
Gilbertson, a tip - no grown adult prefers the nickname "Kiddo", and your employees should probably not announce to customers that your office assumed someone was taken care of regarding an urgent leak.
