Greg came out on time and found the problem, he was polite, worked quickly, explained what needed to be fixed and promptly went about his work and fixed the furnace. Wish all service work went this smooth.

Love these guys. We called a plumber with a shiny new van and a shiny new corporate logo shirt. He gave us an estimate for over $1000. K&K had a less shiny van and no corporate logo but they did job for $200. My plumber for life.

I've had K&K out for several plumbing problems in my home. Every single time they responded right away (all HSA home warranty claims), came out the very next day, and were friendly and professional. They worked around my schedule and my dogs. I highly recommend them.

I used my HSA home warranty for my water heater. Not only did they get someone out sale day, they resolved the issue. He was very friendly and explained to me what the issue was and how to fix/prevent in the future.

I had an issue with our hot water heater and was connected with K & K through our home warranty service. They were able to come out the same day and resolve the issue. The gentleman they sent out was professional, polite and was able to quickly resolve the issue. No complaints and would have them out again for any issues.

Our water heater went out and K&K got the call to come out via my home warranty service. Not only did the repairman show up earlier than scheduled, but he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. In a nutshell, we were very pleased with the job K&K did for us. They were efficient, pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, we got our hot water back on!

Eldon, the owner, came out on a Saturday (in which KK Heating and Plumbing normally does not work) to fix our gas leaks for us as he knew it was unsafe and he cared enough to take time out of his weekend to fix it when no one else would. He was professional and very honest. He also recommended we get a new water heater (as our is 12+ years old and had sediments in it) and went through the trouble of contacting our home warranty company for us to push the recommendation through. We are very appreciative of Eldon and KK Heating and Plumbing and would recommend to others.

Very respectful and helpful from start to finish. Eldon was upfront initially about cost and explained the process well. I was working from home during the install and Greg was very communicative anytime he had to do something loud to ensure I wasn’t on a call. The process was so easy, they cleaned up well after and overall were just great people. So happy with the service and new water heater!!

Thoroughly happy with their service and installation. In summary, disregard some of the low reviews – poor experience could be attributed to bad attitudes from both parties, but I did not experience that. You get what you give.

I was directed to KK Heating and Plumbing (“KKHP”) from my home warranty service and was honestly hesitant based on the Google reviews. I am in the construction industry and deal with contractors on a weekly basis so I was at least comfortable with "being uncomfortable."

I accepted the service dispatch and was called soon after by Eldon to advise me what time he would be by the next day. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He quickly diagnosed that my water heater was bad (over 12 years old with no maintenance from previous owners) and then proceeded to advise me what to expect from my home warranty company. This included the additional work (and cost) required to disconnect and reconnect piping, gas line, and ventilation since the warranty company only covered the water heater itself.

The warranty company reviewed the request the next day and provided the anticipated cost for installation of the heater. I called KKHP and discussed the timeline for the work. They gladly explained the process and worked with my schedule. I received a call a few days later when they received the water heater and was walked through the process again. Very informative and helpful. They came the next day and were in and out in a few hours.

Greg was extremely professional and thorough in his training to me on proper maintenance and settings to ensure longevity of the heater and our safety. Would recommend KK Heating and Plumbing!

Very nice and did great work on our new water softener system through HSA home warranty.

K & K came out to replace my water heater back in October and they were awesome! The service was honest, quick and well done. Recently it appeared that my water heater was leaking and they were super helpful with triage and even drove out to help me identify the issue, which ended up not being the water heater. Highly recommend!

Avoid these guys if possible. K&K was sent to my house through our AHS home warranty. They scheduled an appointment for 8:00am and I stayed home from work that morning to show them our plumbing issue. At 9 am I called the owner to find out where his guy was and they said they would call me back. By 10:30 Mike showed up hungover from the night before. He left our shower taken apart and unusable until they could talk to the warranty people and find out if they could do the work. A week later with our shower still not functioning, AHS informs me they don't cover the repair.

Throughout the process K&K conducted themselves in an unprofessional manner. I would find another plumber if possible.

Never use this company

Never really fixed my problem, and it just came back worse than it was before a few months later.

Take your money and run! Go to the nearest actual plumber. Unqualified, in cahoots with AHS, we will be seeking legal advice.

We were scheduled to have service with this company through our American Home Shield account but they never showed. No call. No show.

I received multiple estimates to install a water heater, most ranging from $800-$1200... KK Heating came in at $3200... Thats all

These guys are a joke. The home shield company we went through is just as bad. They could care less if we get help or not. I will be writing a letter to the attorney general. Hopefully they can stop this horrible service from continuing to happen.

These guys don't pull permits for work they are doing. Probably because the work they do doesn't meet code. If you want an unprofessional, grumpy person to show up in a personal vehicle, with no real skill, these is the company to call.

If i could do negative stars I would. No showed after it took a week to schedule the so called appointment. They said they'd call me back when I first talked to them bc they had to check the schedule, they NEVER called back, when I called back 5 days later and told them this, they LAUGHED. Scheduled an appt that they never showed up too, I even called before my appt and got their voicemail. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
