We have called J. Becher & Associates on 2 separate calls and they have responded very well.

Recently on a low voltage (telephone / CAT5) call, the Service Tech was prompt and very responsive to our needs. We will be calling them again.

Becher & Associates is the only company to call that will do it all! Sam Auseth will make sure you are well taken care of and completely satisfied before they leave. The sooner you call, the sooner you can start having fun with all the people that walk up to your door, see which kid is sneaking home when they weren't supposed to be gone as well as turn everything on in your home with just your voice!

I was having some issues w/a low-voltage lighting system in my home and the lighting company recommended I call Eric @ J. Becher. We set up a service appt for later in the day but Eric also recommended I try a few things on my own. Well, I was able to fix the issue based on his input and ended up cancelling the appt. Most places would not have done that, I will definitely be using J. Becher in the future based on their honesty.

The technician was on time and listened carefully to what I wanted to have done and he gave me options before starting the work. He was very pleasant and professional and finished the work in reasonable amount of time to our liking. He cleaned up all work areas when finished and made sure I was satisfied with his work before leaving. I will definitely use J. Becher again for any electrical needs in the future.

We own a chain of five restaurants and have been doing business with J. Becher for over 20 years. I can't say enough great things about their creativity, quality, flexibility, professionalism and response times. We have built all of our own locations and they are literally one of my first calls for each new project as we utilize their expertise across many of their divisions: electrical, low-voltage, security & fire protection. Furthermore, our business requires service after the restaurants are complete and their sense of urgency, response times and the can-do attitude of their service staff across divisions is consistently amazing.
