I have used Randy's 3 times now over the last 10 years, and have always been pleased. This time my electrician was Josh. Josh not only did a great job but was courteous and informative. Unlike prior jobs, I was around most of the time for this one and experienced his professionalism and candid conversations. Josh also displayed patience and knowledge that he freely shared with the two apprentices he had with him. Thank you for the service provided.

Dan did a fantastic job putting in my garbage disposal. He was fast, friendly and gave me options. I would highly recommend Randy’s.

The techs were courteous and proficient. Chris discovered a faulty fuse and replaced it in the electrical panel, showed me how to refresh the outlets that had shut off, and his coworker helped restore connections to the garage. All in all it was a win and I am relieved for such efficient and reliable support.

Richard is sharp, friendly and gets the job done. He was better than a 2nd electrician from another company in terms of aptitude and pricing. Good presence as well

Chris has helped us with a variety of installation work and service-type issues over the years. He is knowledgeable, punctual, courteous, and reliable!

Greg was our electrician. We had an issue with a circuit breaker tripping randomly. This involved some investigative work, but Greg was able to diagnose the problem, offer us a range of solutions, and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. He communicated clearly and was very professional. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat! Thanks Greg

Matthew Logan showed up while I was in crisis over a flooding kitchen sink. He was very quick and efficient to fix the issue. He was kind and professional. I’m very happy to have had him out. We’d give him 10+ stars if we could.

I had Joe as our electrician. He was kind, patient and very professional. He came up with quotes to fix plug in our bathroom and to install a ceiling fan in our dining room. He also let me know that more work needed to be done with our panel box but did not in anyway pressure me to do it now. He left me a quote to think about for the future. He fixed what I wanted fixed today and kept me informed what he was doing every step of the way.
I would call Joe back anyday for future repairs. I am very pleased with the job he did and his professionalism.

Tom did a great job solving the mystery of the old 1940s wiring to the garage. He was a joy to work with and he worked efficiently, running up and down the stairs. I am totally satisfied with his work.

This was an A+ experience all around. The service people (Richard and Jacob) arrived promptly, provided a hard quote for the work (Chandelier and dimmer repair), completed the work without difficulty, and installed new light bulbs to boot. The dispatchers also communicated well. Highly recommend.

Jordan installed a 50AMP, 240V circuit for a Level 2 EV (electric vehicle) charger. He installed the charger that I purchased as well. He also installed a "whole house" surge protector. He was very easy to work with and did a great job - also at a good price!

I had Austin out to give me a quote on some work I need done.he was polite called a head of time was very patient with me and explained until I understood everything. Would be happy to.have him out anytime!

Randys communicated well. I knew when they were going to show up and were on site on the early side of 8-10. The work was efficient and quickly done. Great job. It was exactly what I needed.

Nick arrived promptly on schedule. He was very courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. Additionally, he clearly explained the repair options and provided me with a quote which I accepted. Once completed, I inspected the work and it was completed very professionally and in a timely manner. If you want a courteous and professional technician to serve your electrical needs, I strongly recommend Nick for the job.

Joe was very knowledgeable about replacing my crawl space light fixture and figuring out what was causing it not to work. Him and his partner also took the time to replace my outdated fire alarms and install new ones.

They were thurough, polite, and comprehensive with the evaluation. They solved the problems, adrressed a few cost citting measures, and answered all our questions. We await an estimate for kitchen ceiling light update. I am sure we will be bringing them back for that upgrade at a later date. Thanks again for your fast response and solutions. Great job!
