Neighbor hood is extremely beautiful. The homes that have been constructed are top tier. Charles Sims is amazing to work with , patient, knowledgeable and provides thorough explanation on the process.

DR Horton Ardan Place staff was responsive to questions and made home buying a simple process. Although these builds are not customizable, options the design team selected was great! We love the Parade of Home perks our home came with!

We have enjoyed our DR Horton home. We had an issue with a drawer in the kitchen and Teresa was super quick to respond and also to get it fixed. Teresa has been great to work with.
