Aaron took care of our air conditioner issue quickly and found a solution that fit our budget. Recommended. Also, be patient, this is a small company with lots of customers.

I have used Groff twice now once for when my a/c died and the other when my furnace was having issues. I will continue to use for any HVAC stuff I have to do. He is very professional and friendly. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and doesn't over charge.

Quoted half the cost of the big guys like Bonfe. Walked me through the repair over the phone so I could do it myself. Definitely give these guys a call first. Quick service and best prices.

Thank you so much to the team at Groff HVAC! Our system went out going into the 4th of July Holiday weekend. While parts were hard to get for our older system - Groff called us back several times and helped walk us through to get our a/c up and running in 90++ degree weather.

I filled out their online form requesting help late on a Friday night. Got a call back the same night, talked about my need of a recharge, and they scheduled service for the very next morning. Even though it wasn't an emergency. Very quick, and AC is running again.

This is the best company by far. The best customer service you can have. Mr. Aaron Groff goes the extra mile for his customers. Never had a customer service like theirs. I highly recommend them..

Great service and locally owned business. If furnace or A/C have had issues since installation, they stop out and take a look at it right away without charging for a service call. Would highly recommend using as your HVAC service.

My furnace and A/C wasn't working. I originally called Genz Ryan only to be told my furnace was going to cost $2,300-$5,300 to repair, or just replace the whole furnace. I called Groff based on a recommendation from a friend who personally knows the Groff family. In 5-10 minutes the tech Cole found a bad furnace door switch and we were back in business. I highly recommend Groff Heating & Cooling!

I had a new central air conditioner put in to replace an old failed unit. I contacted 3 companies for a quote and chose to go with Groff's Heating and Air. I am glad I did. It was nice to actually meet with the person who who be installing it and even more reassuring that he was the owner Aaron Groff. He seemed to be fair and honest. All went well and there were no surprise charges. He also used the Carrier Brand, so I feel like I got a quality product at a good price. Even better he is a licensed contractor and on the Xcel Energy Contractor list to get back the $150 rebate. He was also nice enough to do the paperwork for the warranty and rebate.
