The guys that came out did an amazing job very efficient kept us up to date what was going on and worked extremely hard on a difficult install can't stand up of your team keeping us up to date and the hard work

Recently moved this was my first experience with this company. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to take pride in his work. Good explanations on services, no high pressure. Received a call before he came out and was on time. Great first time experience with this company, will be using them going forward.

Absolutely would recommend going with On Time!! From the first call to the finish which was a new furnace installed they were professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Each person that I dealt with was amazing! I got quotes from 3 other competitors and On Time was the best deal and best company to work with!

Will came to look at my boiler and help figure out why I had a leak in my basement. He looked at all the possibilities, and had me run the washer to see if that was a culprit. We discovered it was the main floor drain that was backed up. Will scheduled an appt with someone to come and look at the drain for the next day. He was great at diagnosing a problem, helpful, and pleasant.

Called early morning to let them know I had a problem. They had someone here by 12:30 or so. Diagnosed the issue very quickly. It was a failed starter for the furnace. Had it repaired by shortly after 1. Thanks to being on their VIP program I only had to pay for the repair and got a discount. So very grateful for their quick response.

David Yang was scheduled to service the heating and air conditioner. He did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting everything. One of the things that needed to be cleaned was the filters that help with the humidity and air exchange. We were not aware of that and that was causing lot of condensation on the windows during extreme cold weather. David showed us where the filters were located and suggested we clean it periodically. He even showed us the outside vent that needed cleaning. Overall it was worth it. Thank you David!!!

I will go straight to On Time from now on! Our 20 year old furnace had some issues and they sent out Mick to give us a quote for a new one the same day I called. Mick walked me through each option, no pressure, and gave me honest advice for the pros and cons of each. He also signed my husband and I up for the Heroes Club, since my husband is a veteran. The next day, I called and ask for a tech and they sent Riley who gave me a full picture of what we were looking at and the pros and cons of replacement vs. repair.
We'll be getting a new furnace in a week and I feel great knowing I can call On Time for any other issues or questions I may have.

They did a very thorough job and, although it’s not the answer I wanted to hear, they were able to walk me through and even show me exactly what was wrong with the furnace and how it needs to be fixed. The service tech’s knowledge and ability to explain it to me and how important it was for our safety, made me feel confident in his skills and gave me a level of assurance for the next steps.

The OnTime Team is the best! Needed a new air exchanger. Their price was the best - we got three other bids. The guys who did the install were efficient, careful, detail-oriented, and very friendly to have in the house for the afternoon.
