I had an outstanding experience with Ristau Property Maintenance. I was in the middle of a job right down the road when our skid-steer operator canceled on us at the last minute, which could have easily set the entire project back.
Without hesitation, Brandon stepped in, dropped what he was doing, and offered his help. His willingness to go out of his way to assist on such short notice speaks volumes about his professionalism, reliability, and character.
Not only did he help keep the job on track, but the quality of work and efficiency exceeded expectations. It’s not often you come across people who genuinely care about helping others succeed, especially in this line of work.

Brandon and his crew serviced our commercial property lawn this past spring and will service this fall. We are very happy with the transformation after they put on a weed control solution. I recently got married and my wife subscribes to this service. I told her, "I can mow the lawn, I don't mind", UNTIL I saw these guys at work. I was watching them mow the lawn so quickly and effectively they LITERALLY mowed the entire front yard in the time it took my electric toothbrush to finish brushing my teeth (automatic shutoff in 2 minutes). Looks like I'll never be mowing my own lawn again. These guys are great!!!

I loved getting both a full lawn sod and irrigation system installed by Ristou. They were timely and fast and very fair pricing. They also did our mowing and I was happy with their work every week. Brandon is very awesome and easy to work with!

I have used Brandon for years on all my landscaping, spring and fall lawn maintenance and snow removal. He has always done an amazing job and is first class when it comes to being respectful, responsive and is always on top of it when he says he will be. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. He just finished a wall at my house and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Being in construction myself, I understand it is not easy getting guys to show up for work or to show up and work hard and he always has guys that respect him and work hard which shows he is a great business man.
