Jon is an excellent plumber! He replaced the inside water shut off for my home. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer focused! Highly recommend.

Alex was very nice but I said our drain was blocked and Alex said it was the septic line. So I called our septic guy and it was was our drain not the septic. I just had them clear it. Alex really didnt even try and see if it was the drain. I was kind of disappointed with that.

It was an absolute pleasure meeting Eric your company is lucky to have such a good employee did a great job on a difficult job. Never once complained. Very professional explained everything. I would go as far to ask for him again for all my plumbing work. Good job Eric thanks again.

Jeremy is simply the best. Hard working, ensures job is done correctly with little mess and no damage to the house. Which the size of his project at our home, was not easy.

Very professional did a good job we thought the price was kind of insanely high for us having bought the faucet ahead of time so it was just installation but it turned out we got 300 dollars off because I had remembered there was a discount if they were not on time. Since there name is On time. So I looked it up in their website and it said a refund of up to $300 if they were late and they would of been 3 hours late because of a job running long.

Alex and Devin were amazing! On time, polite, and they told me what needed to be done in words that I understood 😁 Definitely use these guys as you won’t be sorry! 5+ stars!!

Excellent service. Jon knew the problem right away. Was able to fix after having to go back to the shop for a part. Repair was under warranty so no charge. Would recommend.

Eric arrived early and was very focused and communicative, he fixed our plumbing issue quickly. Overall great to work with.

Jeremy was out to service our water filtration system. He did a great job and was very professional. We recommend On Time and will use them again for other mechanical needs.

On Christmas Day, Cyrus was able to make a last minute stop to our home to consult our flooding and plumbing situation. The service was quick and arranged appropriate services the very next day for us. I appreciate the last minute stop on a holiday, mind you, and working diligently to get us the service needed.

Kenny had to rebuild the inside of the toilet tank on a 30 year old toilet. He explained in detail what needed to be done and provided different options if I wanted to replace and get a different toilet. He was able to replace all the parts, he was timely and worked efficiently. I would definitely have Kenny make further repairs in the future.

I had water pouring out of my lower level ceiling at 6pm. Michael arrived at 7:30. He told me what it was going to cost and he fixed the problem. I turned on the fans and dehumidifier and all is good. I will definitely use this company again!

Eric was an exceptional service provider! Extremely helpful and friendly, Eric demonstrated how everything worked and where everything was located on our new water heater. We couldn’t have asked for better service! We are incredibly grateful to have this company to work with and assist us.

Jon was excellent. He explained the issue, fixed it immediately. He also brought my garbage cans up to the garage and put salt on some icy areas. He went way above and beyond! Thank you!

Kenny arrived early after calling to get our ok. He was personable and friendly and professional. He answered the questions that I had and gave us an estimate for the work needed to be done at a later time.

Eric provided excellent service. We have a very complicated and difficult to reach faucet due to the design of the vanity. He suggested to call the manufacturer to get the replacement for free. He fixed the faucet until we get the parts. Very knowledgeable and good customer service.

Excellent service, we had an explosive water leak spraying water all over our basement. Only way to stop it was to completely turn off all water in the house. We called on time pro plumbing and within 8 hours had problem fixed and even removed old equipment. A big plus in my book. I would recommend them anywhere any time to some one who has major plumbing needs.
