Ed and the guys from Muska Electric are amazing. They are very professional. We have used them on several of our in floor tile heat jobs.

We contacted Muska by email on Monday night. By 7:30 AM, Ed had replied to us, including his direct cell number to discuss our intermittent issue. He promptly answered each one of my calls. As the day wore on, we realized that it was a little bit more urgent, as we had lost power to half of our house. Ed, promptly contacted a field tech, Matt, and let us know Matt could come out the next morning. Impressively, Matt called me a half our later to discuss the issue with him. Matt arrived at our house, actually earlier than promised. He analyzed the problem and had a solution almost immediately. Even though, Matt had to run to get my specific supplies, he had the repair done in less than 2 hours. AND, the total bill was way less than the estimate. Great job Muska, Ed, and especially Matt!

Great customer service!!

Muska did a great job with communication and installation of electrical services at my commercial office space, but communication post-job was terrible, hence the two star review. It took 4 emails (which received no acknowledgment or response), and over 6 weeks to get a lien waver.

This organization is unethical. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.
