Dmitriy was fast and informative! We were having some issues with our dryer, and he knew what was wrong in the first 10 seconds. He also cleaned out the lint as it was causing some imbalance issues! He then verified that all of the issues were fixed before leaving! Highly recommend!

You never need to look for another repair person - Dmitry is IT! He KNOWS his stuff! He is very responsive, super friendly and even covers his shoes to keep the floor clean! What a guy - and the price is right! With all our household appliances, we will keep his phone number close at hand! ALSO, if I ever need to replace something - I would surely ask his advise on what manufacturer to focus on.

Dmitriy was able to fix my Miele countertop coffee machine and addressed a mechanical design flaw so now runs better than when new. Excellent service, one day turnaround, fair pricing, great communication and diagnostics. It couldn’t have worked out any better and highly recommend his work.

Service was excellent! I scheduled the appointment online and they offered 3 times to come out within 10 mins of the request. Dmitriy was at our house within the time they said and he was very efficient with the work that needed to be done on our dryer. The prices were extremely fair for the work that was done. They came out the same day to fix a refrigerator which was not cooling. He did a great job replacing the compressor, a known issue with LG refrigerators. A year later, the refrigerator had problems with blocked capillary tube due to frozen refrigerant. He fixed the problem although it returned one week later likely due to a malfunction of the refrigerator and not subpar repair. At that point, we decided to get a new refrigerator. He gave me a full refund for the repair without hesitation after discussion that we were going to get a new refrigerator. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Dmitriy was responsive, friendly, professional, and efficient when repairing our gas range. The price was reasonable, and maybe best of all - the whole scheduling process was done through text message - even responding to our original request on a random Sunday afternoon! Excellent and fast service! Fixed a no heat gas dryer in less than an hour! Replaced igniter, cleaned and checked everything while it was open. Has the parts on hand to fix which is rare nowadays! Highly recommend!

We had great experience using Appliance Repair Pro for Dishwasher and Dryer related issues. First, their services are fairly priced. Secondly, their customer service aspect is outstanding. Contacted them on Saturday and got the technician visit scheduled on following Monday. Technician could not fix the Dryer issue first time and the owner, Dimitriy came out to fix the issue. Turned out to be that our lint trap filter was inhibiting air flow. He showed how to diagnose the filter related problem and cleaned the filter with water and soap to fix the issue. He also helped resolve an ignition issue with the gas stove top, at no charge. They also followed up next day to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for your future needs.

I only have good things to say. Professional from the initial call and scheduling to punctuality, efficiency, thoroughness of the work done. I like having pros to call when things go wrong. I also suggest that you communicate what is wrong and any information you can relay as Dmitry is good at pinpointing the problem with more accuracy before he arrives.

My 5 year old Samsung dryer stopped working unexpectedly. I contacted Appliance Repair Pro through their website. They responded to my inquiry right away via text and scheduled an appointment with me for the following afternoon. I received a text about 30 minutes before the tech arrived to let me know he was on his way. The tech was very professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough job inspecting the dryer to determine the cause of the issue. He replaced a heat sensor that had gone bad. The whole experience was very easy for me. I will contact them again for home appliance repair.

I would highly recommend Appliance Repair Pro. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon when my washing machine stopped working and was showing error codes. He asked me questions and requested that I send pictures right away. We scheduled a service call on Monday morning and he fixed my machine at a reasonable price.

I called them up and they asked for a video of the noise my washing machine was making. I sent them it and they were able to diagnose and said we were better off buying a new washing machine. Helped save me a lot of money

If we could give 100 stars we would! I called for a second opinion after being told by another company that my washer couldn’t be fixed because it was too old, after putting in about two minutes of effort. Dmitry asked for a picture of the machine, the model number, and a description of the problem and said he’d call later because he was at a job. (This was on a Saturday at 5 pm and I already knew they were booked because I had tried them earlier). Instead of just calling, he came out after his last job and worked on it for about 15 minutes, said it was an easy fix, and charged a minimal fee, even though he made a special trip at the end of his workday. He spent time giving advice about our machine, made certain it worked as it should, and told us to call back if there were any more issues. Not only is he very knowledgeable about repairs, but also has excellent customer service and is incredibly kind as well. He just earned a new customer and we will recommend them to everyone.
