Affordable, timely, responsive, making an unfortunate situation (our 1978 furnace needing replacement) a great experience.

We had Gopher service our old furnace. When it finally died, we had them install a new furnace and they have been great. Barry in their service department goes a great job.

They did a very through cleaning of my ducts and vents. While they were at it they found why I had low air flow from my basement vent's. They were able to quickly redo the furnace ducting to fix that the same day for a very good price. Very happy with all the work.

In the middle of a basement remodel we ran into some ducting issues. Ryan and Dennis came out same day, assessed the situation and provided a solution. An estimate came next day which was very fair and work was completed the following day. The technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly and did an excellent job. Overall great experience from start to finish.

Sam and Trayton came out and installed our new furnace and air conditioner this morning. Great service and very professional.
We would recommend this company for any of your heating and air conditioning needs. Very honest.

Cannot say enough good things. Our tech James, salesman Ryan, scheduler Amanda, and of course Dennis and the guys I didn't meet went above and beyond for us. This will be my first recommendation for any HVAC needs!

These people are the bomb! Last winter in February, I returned from out of town to find my furnace shot (53 degrees in the house). Barry was out the next day...patched it up but warned me it was on it's last legs. Dennis came out and presented me with replacement options => no arm twisting, no hard sell. I picked one and it was installed within the week.

This year, my humidifier was shot. I sent them some pictures of the leak => again Barry was out same day and fixed it right up.

I would never go anywhere else for this stuff!

If you own a Lennox furnace and it need repairs, this is the company you need to call. My furnace is 16 years old and I was having problems with zones and other normal wear of the system. After having two companies try unsuccessfully to fix the problems, I made sure my next call would be to an authorized Lennox repairman. The Gopher technician showed up exactly as scheduled and within minutes had diagnosed my problems and started the repairs. Three hours later my furnace was running like new and for a fraction of the cost previous repairmen wanted to repair or replace my entire system.

Dennis and his crew saved us! Of course, our ancient furnace decided to give up the ghost, not only on a -double digit weekend, but Christmas weekend, to boot. Dennis came out after hours to help get it started to make it through the weekend and then scheduled us for the first appointment for a replacement. He even offered to let us borrow some space heaters, just in case. The guys did a great job and were very respectful of our home. Dennis had been great on a previous repair visit too, but this totally went above and beyond. You have loyal customers in us, after this.

I called Gopher Heating this morning @ 9 am after our boiler stopped working last night in freezing cold MN weather! They were at our house by 10 am, ran to get the part they needed and finished with the job all in 1 & 1/2 hours!! Barry was our technician and couldn't have been more helpful and polite. He identified the problem within minutes, tried to see if there was an "easy fix" stuck part on the fan by oiling it up and then confirmed what we needed to do with approximate cost. I highly recommend Gopher Heating to anyone in the area that needs help with their heating. I'm very impressed with their top quality service!

Ryan who helped me set up my humidifier install was very prompt and professional. John who installed the unit was fantastic! It was obvious that he enjoyed the work he does. Very informative and patient with my lack on knowledge. Also my 8 yr old daughter wanted me to thank him for the Cheetah joke she gets to use now! well done gentlemen! will be sending anyone your way if asked for a referral. Cost on install was right on the point to what was quoted. thanks!!!! (was expecting potentially a bit more pending thermostat install)

I am so thankful for Gopher Heating and Air Conditioning. My elderly parents were without AC during a heat wave, and when another company wouldn’t come out for 3 weeks, they were able to come out the next day. Barry was extra helpful and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and am beyond grateful for Barry’s kindness.

Gopher Heating and Air is the best! Don't waste your time or money by going with another company in town - which is what I originally did. I called this other local company which had 1,500 reviews, 5 stars, highly rated, seemingly professional and they put a "band-aid fix" (their words) on my AC unit - it literally worked less than two hours. Then that company started to sell me a whole new AC and furnace package which would have costed me $10k - and that was their "sale" price - ridiculous. My uncle, who has worked with Gopher Heating and Air for his business and home for years, recommended I call them to have them come take a look. So I did. They were responsive, thorough and identified the part that was previous installed was done incorrectly - it was miss wired and wasn't fully screwed in properly which would have eventually shorted out and caused other issues. Please do yourself a favor and go with Gopher Heating and Air. They are professionals and do the job right.

I called Dennis at Gopher Heating & Air Conditioning last night at 6pm with an air conditioning issue, the fan in the unit had stopped working. He had John one of his technicians out first thing this morning. John found the problem (a blown capacitor) within a few minutes and was able to replace. He also showed a me a few easy ways to keep the unit running well. Very happy with the response time, level of service and quality of work. The price was also way less than what I had initially thought. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Give these guys a call!

I contacted Gopher Heating and A/C about a furnace issue at my sisters home. I cannot thank your company enough for quickly coming out and repairing the issue, it was a big relief. I would definitely recommend this company to others! The rep I spoke with at the office was awesome and the technician was professional and did an excellent job!!

Even though we had another maintenance service, we always called Gopher if we wanted something fixed quickly as well as correctly. When we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioning, it was a no brainer to call Gopher. Their service team removed the old equipment, brought in and installed the new, and left the access and work area tidy. Gopher's service people appear to be long-time employees who love what they do, and that's the foundation for excellent service. Thanks to everyone at Gopher.

This is a great company! I was working with one of their competitors and it was like pulling teeth to get a quote. I called Gopher Heating and Air Conditioning and had the quote next day. I had 2 options and after making a decision Dennis ordered the parts needed. I HIGHLY recommend this company! They provide excellent communication and follow through on what they say they will do.

The nice lady who answers the phone, Patty, is an absolute delight, is very practical, and has a real can-do and helpful way of doing things. I asked for her advice on how to proceed with a problem, and she gave me a compassionate ear, and unvarnished wisdom.

She was then able to put me in touch with Barry, who, after meeting him, we will forever call “Super Barry”. He was able to fix the problem that another HVAC company had created. Plus, he was very kind in his explanations, worked quickly and efficiently, and was respectful of our space.

I believe I have found our new heating and cooling people. Will be happy to do business with them again.
