Wonderful customer service and very knowledgeable! Walked us thru how to use our in-floor heat and boiler when we moved into our house.

I called these folks five minutes before closing on a friday and tgey sent someone right out and did not charge after hours pricing....to top that off when they were doing the work they found a different problem and the whole thing cost way less than their quote....very pleased...im a customer for life..Travis is a great technician!!!

Being in the business I'm very sceptical of HVAC companies. Scandia heating and air put me at ease. The tech was wonderful, did exactly what I needed and no upsale or pressure. They are my ac techs from now on!

Have been using Scandia Heating & Air Conditioning since we moved to Scandia in 1995. We've received consistently attentive and thorough service; and have had modifications done to our 1890 farm home that have helped with better heating and cooling it.

Top notch! Showed up early, expert knowledge, fixed the furnace same day! I feel tempted to keep my mouth shut so they won't get too busy to help me out in the future. I'm just saying...they are that good.

My humidifier has not worked for at least two years. I had one company in Forest Lake, MN look at it and it appeared they struggled with a potential solution. I called Scandia Heating and Air and scheduled an appointment. The service rep was right on time even with a snow storm in progress. He came in the house with covers over his shoes which was nice. He diagnosed and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Scandia Heating and Air.

I recently moved to the Scandia area and had a few problems with my unit. It only took one call to get the guys out to my place to fix the problem. What I was happy about is that they didn't force me into something I couldn't afford at the time. They replaced my unit with new parts and it ran perfectly. As of last night I was having an issue and it was after hours. But again one call to the after hours number and my Tech Jason showed up 30 mins later and saved my family a ton of problems with an easy fix. I tip my hat to this group and Jason for not only being polite but also professional. Thank guys!!!!

Needed ductwork on furnace in outbuilding replaced as old one was cracked and rusting after 20 some years. HVAC guy I had used 4 years ago to install new furnace in house would not do this job because it was "too small". Called Scandia Heating. Phone answered immediately, and JR came out the next morning to give me an estimate. Bid was reasonable so I decided to proceed. JR came back that same day to do the work. No muss, no fuss, job done in less than 1/2 hour. Professional, responsive, reasonable and explained everything. Wish there were more tradesman north of the metro that operated this way. Sick of waiting for return phone calls from tradesman who are indifferent to new business with no hustle.

Service is great! They have always beat their competitors in pricing as I have checked multiple times. They're knowledge and service they have provided to our extensive boiler system at CLLC has been exemplary. They are highly recommended in our book. Great benefit to our community!
