Maybe they have one good crew but they have no idea what they are doing on the crew that we interacted with. Seriously laughable

Apparently they can't wait 15 minutes for a USPS mail carrier to do their job and insist she move immediately so they can "hook up their trailer". Move the vehicle, come back in less than 15 minutes but would you look at that... trailer isn't hooked up. Rude crew lead. Other people have jobs to do, not just you.
