It’s very rare for me to give a review of services this early in the game but I have to say Jim from Jack Pixley is a fantastic worker. Jim came to our home to check out and clean our wood burning fireplace. We decided to go with Jack Pixley and we are so happy we did. Jim found severe defects in our fireplace that could have started a fire in the walls and or the roof. We were so impressed with Jim that we decided right then and there to schedule repairs. Jim made sure not to pressure us on anything and was very thorough in his clean up. I will follow up with another review when the job is done. Thank you Jim for a positive experience.

Our first experience with this company for our 3 fireplace home. They were terrific from start to finish, customer service was terrific setting up appointment and reviewing costs, they were on time and very thorough explaining everything throughout the process. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with how great my two gas fireplaces look after Caleb & Jim cleaned them!! I'd recently bought my house, so I had a lot of questions about the cleaning process. The guys were so kind and patient in explaining things to me. I liked that they took a lot of pictures so I could really see the before and after condition of the fireplaces. I would highly, highly recommend this company, and in particular, these two gentlemen to clean or repair your fireplaces!

Professional, Proficient, and Excellent customer service. Caleb and Jonathan came out and everything was exactly as it was explained to me when I scheduled the appointment. As someone who had a scam company come out and a horrible experience, I was leery of this appointment, however I was pleasantly surprised by the way they took the time to explain everything, complete the inspection and work in a timely fashion, and even give me a quote on the spot for future services. They also performed a complimentary dryer vent check, and did not sweep one of our two chimneys as it was not needed. Honest, knowledgeable, and above and beyond customer service. I am a lifelong customer to them now.

Caleb & Kurt did an amazing job installing our gas inserts. And Bryce and his crew did major work on replacing the crowns on the chimneys.
