Thanks Jay and Bob for your great service! New Carrier furnace installed very quickly and professionally. Jay worked with me several times to keep my old furnace going to save me money, but it finally gave out after 26 years. These guys do the best work, are honest and trustworthy, and very reasonable. I will never go anywhere else!

Our Carrier furnace and air conditioner were both installed 5 years ago by Action H&AC and both have worked just exactly as described, cut our electricity and gas bills quite a bit, house temp is much more stable throughout house. These guys are the real deal and give you the best customer service you can expect. Most importantly, their product performs as they promised and we have had no problem with installation or operation whatsoever. Thanks Bob & Jay!!!

Action Heating & Air just completed installing my new furnace and central air. They got the job done in less than three hours! The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The price was very fair and exactly as quoted. Not only did they meet expectations, they exceeded!

I just had Action replace my furnace and a/c units. Bob, Jay and the rest of the team were terrific from the estimate to completion. Out of the 5 bids I received, no one else could match Action on price and reviews(Google, Facebook, Consumer Checkbook). On install day, the team arrived right on time and completed the install in about 3 1/2 hours. Highly recommend!

They finished the job promptly and Bob spent time to teach us about our new furnace and AC, including maintenance tips. I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Action Heating and Air Conditioning! We had a brand new furnace and AC unit installed in our house with the removal of our old units. From start to finish the crew was polite, professional and prompt. They told me they would arrive at 7 am and they were true to their word. Everything was completed by 10:30. They explained maintenance procedures thoroughly and left my furnace room cleaner than when they started.
For the price and professional work, I fully recommend Action Heating and Air Conditioning!

Saved the day! After driving 1600 miles we arrived home to no heat in our house in the middle of winter. Bob came out 2 hours after we called and brought 3 space heaters with. Now that’s class. Reduced our stress and we were able to stay in our home.
On installation day they arrived on time and I’ve never see a crew work so efficiently. They removed our old furnace and air conditioner and had the entire new system installed in less then 4 hours. We bought a top of the line Carrier furnace and AC with a smart WiFi Carrier thermostat for a great price. They left our home cleaner then when they came. Professional, responsive, high integrity, friendly. Excellent customer service.

We purchased our house almost exactly a year ago and over the New Year our heat went out! We had several quotes given to us as we needed to get a new furnace and A/C. Bob at Action Heating was wonderful! He loaned us a portable heater so we wouldn't freeze while we decided who to go with. Even though we got a lower quote from a competitor we decided to go with Action Heating as they are local, they have a great warranty, and were so easy to work with.
They arrived on time, were very curteous, and cleaned up after themselves. We had heat within hours of them starting the install. The ac unit was installed even though it was cold and snowy.
If you're still debating on going with this business, just stop and give them a call. You won't be sorry!

Action Heating and Air Conditioning just replaced our furnace due to our old one having some large cracks in the heat exchanger. We got the most bang for our buck by also replacing our AC at the same time too. Bob, Jay, and the rest of the team at Action Heating and Air Conditioning were great! Super responsive, efficient, excellent installation, and a great overall value for what we needed. I would definitely recommend them!

Bob and his crew arrived at the time he gave me and completed the installation of a furnace and AC unit in the timeframe he said it would take. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They took time to explain to me the important points and answered any questions I had. The installation and associated paperwork went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the estimating process. Bob come out and looked over what was needed and sat down with me to explain the brand they install and their installation process. No pressure to buy, which I liked. I would highly recommend Action Heating & Air.

Bob came out for an estimate and was very informative & straightforward with the pricing and what rebates I would qualify for. He & his crew were exactly on time when it came time for the install of our furnace & central air units. Everything was done as he said it would be and they cleaned up nicely (and got the old units picked up before they were even done with the install). I was informed on how to operate the new system. The whole experience was made very easy for a situation I has been stressed over. Very pleased with the service!

Action Heating & Air is a top notch business with guys who know what they are doing...and LIKE what they are doing. They were easy to work with, listened to our needs and questions, gave full and understandable explanations of what they were doing, and executed the install quickly and professionally.
They were upfront with all costs and nothing was hidden or tacked-on later. They came with a crew that knew how to get the job done and were extremely courteous and respectful.
You may be able to find a cheaper company out there, but you won't find one that is a better value!

Bob and his team were great. My furnace broke down and he helped me troubleshoot over the phone first. When that didn't work he came out to diagnose and was very honest and did not pressure me to do anything. I decided to replace the furnace, but he loaned me some space heaters before I even made that decision. That was a great help. He got me a great price, helped with the rebates, and came out very quickly and on time to fix my problem. I'm extremely happy with the experience and highly recommended Action Heating & Air!

Like any great review, I can tell you that Action Heating and AC was incredibly professional and did a great job with our install. However, there were several things that really set them apart from other similar businesses and other home repair experiences we have had:
1. They were very responsive in connecting with us when we called for a quote, and in setting up an install date. They walked us through all our options, without trying to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need.
2. Super fast service! They were in and out in 3.5 hours to install furnace and AC...in the rain!
3. Everyone was super polite, very professional, and walked us through everything we needed to know about the new system.
4. Pricing beat out the competition. Action was able to provide a better system, by a top brand (Carrier), for much less than any of the other companies that we got quotes from.

If you are reading this trying to make a decision on who to go with...just trust me - choose Action Heating and AC and rest easy knowing you are getting top service, great equipment and best price.

Our experience with Action Heating & Air was next level. Our 19-year old AC finally kicked the bucket and of course it was the week temps were going to hit the 90s. We received an estimate the same day AND they were able to put a bandaid fix in as well so that we were comfortable while we waited for the install which was scheduled within 48 hours! They were professional, friendly, not pushy, helped explain all my options clearly, and were less expensive than all the other bids we received. Highly recommend!

I am very happy and satisfied with Action Heating and Air! From my first initial phone call to the actual install, they have been extremely courteous, respectful and just awesome to work with. Their prices were the most competitive and did a very timely install. We had both A/C and furnace installed. Their team arrived right on time and had both installed in no time! Jacob arrived earlier in the week to do measurements and give me a quick explanation of what was to be done on the installation day. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole procedure. Appreciated his passion for the job that was to be done.
The Action team of 4 arrived on time, even a bit early. They protected our floors with a rug and would have removed their shoes if we had wanted them to. Both Jay and Bob communicated clearly the information about the new unit and thermostat. Making sure I didn't have anymore questions, they left the downstairs room and outside area just as it was when they arrived. Clean.
