Great company and have provided a lot of commercial property services for us.

We have had High Profile as our Snow Removal vendor for several years. Prior to High Profile, we had headache after headache with snow vendors not showing up promptly, not removing snow correctly etc. High Profile changed all that and we are so pleased. We no longer have to come in to shovel the complex, they are on it. Thanks High Profile.

We were skeptical because we have a pond. We have been very concerned about what impact lawn treatments would have on this.
Our lawn was starting to be overcome with creepy charlie, clover and dandelions. We now have more grass than weeds.
Our lawn is healthy, robust and our pond has not been impacted.

I don't know where to begin. First, Eric and Josh have been nothing less than spectacular to work with. The degree of professionalism and service is something that can't be put into words. They have been proficient, communicative and honest when it comes to the work they do. I would recommend High Profile for anything due to the service that Eric and Josh have provided. High Profile Grounds Maintenance did a fantastic job of taking care of my lawn this year! Their Organic Fertilizer (made out of beets) was amazing and got rid of my Creeping Charlie and my lawn looks so lush! I would highly recommend their services to others!

Having a new puppy last summer it was important to me to find a lawn care service that doesn’t use chemicals on my lawn. I was recommended this company by a friend.... I’m looking forward to my second year of having service with them. If you have kids, pets, like to be barefoot yourself while still having your lawn treated this is the company for you (and Fido).

I initially found this company on Groupon and decided to give them a try by purchasing a round of fertilization for my yard. I mainly chose the company because of their safe fertilization methods. I have a dog and it’s important to me that he can use the yard safely after it is sprayed. What I learned was that the company has a stellar office staff that is super helpful and efficient. I’ve had numerous conversations with Jane and she’s always been polite and helpful.

My yard hadn’t been maintained very well prior to their visit and I ended up closing out the summer with a beautiful green lawn. Since they did such a great job, I ended up booking the company again to do a core-aeration and overseed in the fall and I can’t wait to see the results this summer! I’ve already signed up for their seasonal package this year and am considering having them install a sprinkler system. I look forward to a continued positive relationship with High Profile Green as services are completed throughout the year. I would recommend them over and over!

Absolutely wonderful to work with - communication was fast and clear and everything was done beautifully. I feel like we had a lot of work done too and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciated that the irrigation folks were in contact with the landscaping folks and were able to combine visits and not have to redo each other's work - a small thing, but I've been burned before. I'll definitely be coming back for future landscaping and irrigation work!

They do a great job

I've never seen my husband so happy to mow the lawn!! I, myself, am amazed as I walk through our yard and see how thick our lawn has become with beautiful grass. We've used High Profile for a number of years, wanting to avoid anything toxic on our property, and now with little grandchildren, it's even more important to us. The fertilization and Weed Buster programs have worked wonderfully and I think the HP core aeration and over-seeding we had done last fall did the trick (plus this year's rains) for thickening up our lawn and crowding out the weeds! Hooray! Very happy!

Bad company

This is not about their service it's about one of their drivers driving in a Wrangler he thinks people should go super fast just because that's the way he drives And then when he passes you he flips you off so I would never use people like that

This is a really POOR company, the person who answers their emails Kim is rude and anything but helpful. If you have anything around where they are working that you CARE ABOUT it is BEST MOVED ASAP!!! If they do a business and they blow, sand, rocks, grass etc all over your NEW car DO NOT expect them to care because they DO NOT!!! Poor Business ethics and any place that hires people who blows sand/rocks out of the curb and road onto your car WELL YOU DON'T WANT TO HIRE THEM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! THEN IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY THREATEN YOU WITH THEIR ATTORNEY. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND I SAW THEM DO THIS, IT WAS FIRST HAND! AND WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THEM ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED I WAS THREATENED BY HAVING THEIR LAWYER CONTACT ME AND I SAID SURE THAT WOULD BE GREAT BUT THEN YOU HEAR NOTHING FROM THEM. AND THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING FOR ANYONE EVEN WHEN THEY DO THAT AND I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL THEY DID HOW DO YOU BLOW SAND, DIRT AND GRASS OVER THE ENTIRE CAR INCLUDING WINDSHIELD TRUNK ETC IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING... THE ANSWER IS YOU DO NOT!
