Marvel Sewer and Drain came highly recommended by another company. The moment I called I was treated with courtesy and promptness. They send a worker right away and clear on pricing. I did pay a small extra charge as I’m out of their service area but it was all worth it. He was prompt, got right to work, solve our problem and gave us instruction on future maintenance and left everything clean! They are a wonderful outfit you will not be disappointed.

We called them to come and service our basement floor drain because it had been not draining well when the washing machine would empty. Nick came a day early than scheduled (yay!) and got it fixed in 20 min. He also offered to send a camera down our main sewer line since our property has 3 very large and very old trees on it-for free! Very pleased with our experience and would recommend them to anyone

Marvel did a fantastic job installing a liner into my sewer main and the city connection (there was some degradation between them).

The first time they ran into some unforeseen issues and put 150% effort into solving them. While they were unsuccessful that day, they were able to figure out what needed to be done next and kept me in the loop the whole time:

The next visit they were able to install a full liner (rather than the partial they originally attempted) and were able to do the fix my water line needed.

Both times their teams were professional, timely, and friendly. I was impressed with how hard they worked and well everyone communicated.

I would happily use them again in the future and recommend to family or friends in need of sewer or drain repairs!

This was my first time using Marvel and it was an excellent client experience. The initial call to set up the appointment was handled very professionally and the two techs who came were friendly and efficient. They did an inspection of my sewer line and said that it didn't need to be cleaned, showing that they won't try to sell you something you don't need. I'll definitely use them for my future drain and sewer issues.

Very organized, fast, knowledgeable. They were able to schedule me within a day, kept me updated on their arrival time via phone and text, knocked a sewer cleaning out in about an hour and left my basement the way they found it, verified my method of payment ahead of time so that they’d arrive prepared to run my card if I wanted to pay with a card, emailed a receipt/invoice for my records and offered to send an email in a year to remind me to book a follow-up cleaning (since I recently had a tree in my front yard cut down and had roots growing into my sewer line). Rates were comparable to other sewer service providers. Everything about the experience was honestly perfect - I recommend Marvel with no hesitation and am grateful for the quality service.

Marvel was in-and-out in no time in my very old house with very long, old pipes... No digging, zero mess. The time from estimate to completion to inspection of the whole project was maybe 2-3 weeks. Customer service was excellent-- clear communication, fast estimate, answered my questions and they were even able to take my calls at odd hours after I got off work. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. The whole sewer pipe is lined and I can officially stop worrying about it for the rest of my home ownership.

Marvel Sewer & Drain were great! Never fun to have water issues but Marvel made the issue disappear. Jesus arrived the same day I called and did a great job clearing out the main drain. 100% will use again!!!

I had contacted a different service provider for a cleaning, and after being told I needed to excavate for a repair, I called Marvel. They took a look at the video and said they would finish the cleaning, day of, and then help me assess. They were honest, efficient and helped me learn so much in the process. Marvel does an excellent job and are very responsive to your needs. They can be trusted to not over extend or bid the project. We have had them line a sewer main in the past and their work was outstanding. If you have an older home or need sewer work done I would highly recommend Marvel. They're our go to for this type of work.

This was outstanding customer service. I actually had a different company, planned on coming out beforehand, but then I called marvel. I was blown away by the explanation that they gave me. I really felt like the lady at the front desk was being transparent and honest, not to forget very friendly. I think that being honest and upfront with components of construction that I don't understand, is really important. Marvel Repair gave us extraordinary service repairing our home sewer line. They issued reasonable quotes and deadlines they could keep. They completed the repair on time with high quality. I would definitely recommend them for repair service

As part of the home sale, the sewer line from the house to the street was inspected and some broken pipe was discovered. We had Marvel come out to diagnose the problem and replace the broken pipe. They did a great job! Super friendly and very informative.
