I had Stanley come out to my home and check my AC system. Not only was he a professional, he never tried to sell me on something that I did not need. He was upfront and honest and an all around nice technician.I highly recommend.

There was no trying to upsell us anything or unnecessary service. He explained what each options was, how the cost was calculated, and the time required. Their customer service was great, from their super friendly and helpful receptionist to their great techs. I could not recommend enough. Their techs arrived on time, were patient with my questions and suited my requests on moving the unit, wires and pipes. Honestly don't waste your time getting quotes from any other vendors, Nexus Heating And Cooling is it.

Terrible experience. I hate to be the 1 star person but every step was mismanaged. The first person I talked to sounded like they woke up from a nap and managed services for many trades - that person told me they'd be out same day. Then I was called by another person saying they couldn't do same day but could arrive by 10am tomorrow. Then I got called by, potentially, a 3rd person telling me they couldn't do 10am but could do 4pm. Then no one showed up. I'm pretty low maintenance (pun intended). Get your act together!

I called Nexus to fix my furnace. The service guy shows up with nothing but a screw gun and a cell phone for tools. The cell phone was used for a flashlight. He said it could be alot of things that could be bad. Didnt put a multimeter on anything to check and said ,"I think it might be this relay. Let me see if I can get one." He said he had to order it and it would be $200 dollars. I told him no. He charged me $99 dollars and left. I then looked up the part that he said was $200 dollars and found out its a $12 dollar relay. Company is a Scam. Charged me $99 dollars to look at my furnace and tell me its not working.
